Hi, Yep, for me at lest using encfs on top of rclone or using crypt in rclone results in the same speeds, both slightly slower than acd_cli/encfs. So at least for my config, and with my testing process the encryption layer is not having any effect, it seems to be rclone. The post you linked seems to think the fix was introduced in a 1.33 beta, so I assume it's included in the 1.34 beta I am using. I have posted on the rclone forum, so hopefully I can assist in some improvement. I tend to agree with your statement, I will most likely lean with rclone as the development seems much faster, and once I choose an encryption layer swapping will be a pain (re-uploading will be needed). I think I'll just continue with some stability testing before I choose an option, I have both mounted at the moment, so will see if the mounts remain stable and playback smooth from both sources. Wob
  4. Hi, All of a sudden I am seeing a heap of messages in my logs. 2016-11-10 10:17:29,520 INFO reaped unknown pid 1176 2016-11-10 10:17:29,520 DEBG received SIGCLD indicating a child quit repeats every few seconds with different pid. seems to have started 2 days ago. Everything still seems to be working, but the logs are getting big. Any ideas? Thanks, Wob

I have tried with a setting of 50Mb but no luck. As another test I also mounted rclone under my encfs (replacing acd_cli) and I still get similar speeds starting playback, so it doesn't appear to be the encryption layer. Trying to use verbose to debug, but I might need to post on the rclone logs for help with that. Thanks, Wob

Hi Waseh, Thanks for the link, I have tried that, current settings I am using are --max-read-ahead 1024k --transfers 20 --checkers 40, that gave me the above results. bobbinitb linked here (https://forum.rclone.org/t/plex-server-with-amazon-drive-rclone-crypt-vs-encfs-speed/106/15) on another thread, I might try using rclone under my encfs mounts to see if that effects speed. Wob. Edit: I just noticed in that thread they are going into M read ahead, I'll give that a try.

OK, re my speed tests, I am on a 100Mbps Down and 40Mbps Up internet connection. Repeated tests with playing content (no sync tests at this stage). Times are from hitting the play button to the video starting. All the same episode, h264 encoded, no transcoding happening on the server. both ACD options are being encrypted, acd_cli via encfs and rclone using its internal crypt. local content 3-4 secconds acd_cli mount 6-8 seconds rclone mount 10-12 seconds I don't want anyone to think I am complaining, I am just comparing options, and for the moment acd_cli seems faster (for me). I am trying to chose my option before I do a bulk upload a choose my encryption option. Cheers, Wob Edit: Also of note, I am not seeing heavy link utilisation on my connection during playback, downloading burst to about 20Mpbs very breifly at the start of play, then drops to sit around 5Mpbs. Also data doesn't appear to start till after the delays above, so it would appear to be some internal process to the apps causing the delay, not the downloading.

Hi, Thanks for the work on the plugin. It seems that the beta has seem some improvements with seeking etc since I tested a month or so ago. Just wondering if anyone has done any speed testing between rclone and acd_cli mount points. I am using encryption for both rclone built in, and encfs for acd_cli. I have uploaded similar content into both and testing via playback in plex. currently it will take about 8-9sec for a episode to start via acd_cli and around 14-17sec for the same files with rclone. rclone reduces the complexity of my setup, no need for the encfs mounts, and rclone seems to show changes soon after they are made, where as I need to do a sync with acd_cli. At this stage I have not attempted any tweaking of setting, so fairly anecdotal evidence. Thanks, Wob
  9. Hi Guys, Not sure where to post this, so I'll start here. I am running both LS versions of Couchpotato and Jackett. As CP seems to have slowed down its updates I am seeing more results via Jackett as Torrent Providers break. My issue is it now appears to be returning a bunch of false positives, the year is being totally ignored for most results. I can see that CP is passing the title (without year) but with the imdb id to Jackett. Jackett is completing the search, but only using the title, and not the imdb id. The result is I see a bunch of results for the wrong movie. Not sure what app to look at to resolve the issue, has anyone else seen this? Is there an easy way to move my dockers to use the development branch of these apps? Thanks, Wob
  10. Thanks for the starting point, I'll look over your stuff and fire some questions. At the moment I am still seeing some issues with the acd app so I'll sort those out before I proceed. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  11. I might have called encfs too early, seems I have an issue with 1.7.4, need to get to a newer version. OK, I installed http://download.salixos.org/x86_64/14.2/salix/ap/encfs-1.8.1-x86_64-1gv.txz and had to upgrade boost to http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackware/slackware64-14.2/slackware64/l/boost-1.59.0-x86_64-1.txz Now have a working install of encfs and acd_cli... just need to work out how to get it all reinstall and map after a reboot.
  12. Hi dmacias, I just installed from (http://slackonly.com/pub/packages/14.1-x86_64/python/python3/python3-3.5.1-x86_64-1_slack.txz) and it works, so it does appear to be linked to your version, I did read somewhere that you need sqlite3 installed when you build so I think you are correct in you description. Yeah, no pysqlite3, I did search for that for some time. Another question for you, I am looking to install encfs, there is an old plugin but nothing for 6, I am not at all familiar with how to create a plugin, so just trying to work out best how I go about it. I found all the txz files required, I see the following options; See if you can add them to the NerdPack Create a user script and use the user script plugin to run it Work out how to create a plug in for it The first option is obvious the easiest for me, is that something you are willing to add to this pack? These are the packages i used. http://ftp.slackware.org.uk/salix/x86_64/14.1/salix/ap/encfs-1.7.4-x86_64-4gv.txz Then the dependancies. http://ftp.slackware.org.uk/slackware/slackware64-14.1/slackware64/l/boost-1.54.0-x86_64-3.txz http://ftp.slackware.org.uk/salix/x86_64/14.1/salix/l/rlog-1.4-x86_64-1pw.txz http://ftp.slackware.org.uk/slackware/slackware64-14.1/slackware64/a/slocate-3.1-x86_64-4.txz I'll need to do some script work to get acd_cli installed at start up as it has a couple of dependencies and needs to be installed via pip3. With relation to plugin creation, can you point me at a starting point if I want to tackle that? Thanks, Wob
  13. Hi, i am trying to play around with acd_cli on unraid, I have it running in a docker, but you can't export fuse mounts so I want to try it on the host system, I have sorted most of the dependencies, but having issues with python3 and sqlite3. Sqlite3 is installed as it is part of the unraid build now, but python3 (and 3.5) some seem to have it. Thanks, Wob
  14. Hey all, now that the LS images are not auto updating I was wondering if there any issues with doing in app updates inside the container? Mostly interested in this, sickrage and plexpy, all LS dockers. Thanks, Wob. Sent from my SM-G900I using Tapatalk
  15. Hi, I have this docker working, but a couple of questions. I am only getting 1/2 listeners working, when I highlight it I see that the error is "x509: failed to load system roots and no roots provided". A google tells me this error in a docker container can be related to missing ca-certificates (http://blog.cloud66.com/x509-error-when-using-https-inside-a-docker-container/) and chance of a fix for this? Also how often does this docker get an update? or is it possible to in a update to the app in the docker, it is currently 14.3 but my other syncthing is up to 14.6. Thanks, Wob
  16. OK, not sure what was going on. I pulled down a fresh version, with all the defaults to test. Worked fine. Reloaded with my existing configs, set a password, and it is working again. It may have been something to do with the URL I was entering. I am using a base path override (although since I am not actually reverse proxying jackett I could turn that off) If I go to http://server:9117/ it redirects to http://server:9117/jackett/Admin/Dashboard and is working fine. if I go to http://server:9117/jackett/ then I get the interface but with the error, so I am guessing you need to go to the base path and let the redirect kick in. So note, don't add base path unless you are going to specify the full path. Thanks, Wob
  17. OK, there seems to be a problem with the Admin Password. I did a fresh install, first thing I did was set a Admin Password, then when I log back in it gives me the above mentioned errors. Remove the password from ServerConfig.json and it works again. Different password didn't make any difference. I restored my old config, removed the password and it all works. I don't expose my Jackett externally so I am just leaving it without a password set. Wob.
  18. Tried clearing your browser cache? Hi CHBMB, Yep, I also tried an alternative browser without any luck. I might just delete the container and config, then set up again. Thanks, Wob
  19. Looking at my logs since my last post and it appears that jacket is still working from a search point of view, I am still seeing logs for results found. But I can't access the admin dashboard.
  20. I updated my container yesterday, everything was running fine, but now when I log into it I get an error "Error loading Jackett settings, request to Jackett server failed" and all my config is gone, if I click on anything I just get errors ending in request to jack failed. Docker log shows it boots up fine, I did restart to see if that would help but no luck. No further errors are show. [s6-init] making user provided files available at /var/run/s6/etc...exited 0. 21. Thanks for the reply, I'll have a tinker and see how I go.
  22. Hi dmacias, Just wondering, would it be a hard task to port you plugin to a self contained docker? or other freestanding install, on say a Raspberry Pi? I want to have something that I can make a little more portable, and I haven't been able to find anything that looks as nice as your output (graph, etc) Thanks, Wob
  23. Super quick response. Thanks for looking into it.
  24. Hi, I have started getting heaps of black results, more than actual results, i have timeout set to 60seconds, have tried both beta and 0.3.4 without much luck. changing the timeout to 30 seconds don't seem to stick for some reason, it just reverts to 60, i can set it to 20. I have a set server, I have tried multiple servers without any luck. Any ideas? Thanks, Wob
  25. Hi binhex, Is there any way to set a rotation or flushing of the access.log, mine is currently 96Mb, mostly just logs from web browsers left open and it refreshing history data, etc. Thanks, Wob
