  1. Thanks for the reply.

    So if I go

    root@Tower:~# free -m
total        used        free      shared  buff/cache   available
    Mem:           48139       13029        1264        1619       33846       32936
    Swap:                  0           0           0

    Thats ok.

Just out of interest what goes into the cache?

  2. Sorry if Im posting in the wrong forum.

Im not sure if my total memory usage looks odd or not.

    I have a total of 48GiB installed.

I have 1 VM that has 8GiB assigned to it.

But my memory usage seems to be a little high.

I do have 16 dockers running but when I look at the advanced view in dockers they dont seem to be using that much memory.

Do you mean the layout of the Dashboard. This will be different per machine as location is stored by cookies.

Sorry no I dont mean the layout. At home I can see everything in the picture above. At work I can see the left hand bar, but I dont have the same functionality. At work when I click server management it gives me 1 box with some server info but I dont get any functionality.

  4. First let me say, TOP job on the unraid connect. Its a great addition and is so handy.

    Just one question.

The live view when you click manage. Is this live view dependent on being viewable in the state below if you have a certain chrome extension running?

I only ask being my work computer hasnt got this site blocked (Thank god) but I dont get the same view at work.

Im thinking that work admin has some extensions blocked.

Probably a stupid question, but you are relating it to the location as the Docker sees it, not as Unraid sees it?

For example, in my container setup, I have the library location setup as:

    image.png.71d19beb250ca7ce9ca62348e5f3b96d.png

And I use /books/Calibre for my library from within the GUI.

And if I wanted to use a completely different location, I would have to give the container that path manually like with /books in the image.

When I do a fresh docker install this is what the path info looks like for the books, this is default info and nothing has been changed by me. The name info doesnt look correct, but thats how it looks out of the box.

However Just to be on the safe side I change it to what yours looks like.

    image.thumb.png.c1ea1a0bb721073218949142c8663219.png

And then when I press save the below happens.

    Same with me.

  7. Hi I have an issue that has just popped up.

Fix common problems is reporting "Unable to write to cache"

On my Monitor it is saying " BTRFS: error (device sdb1) in btrfs_run_delayed_refs:2150: errno=-5 IO failure.

    Not sure what to do.

I have rebooted and get the same issue.

I have put the cache driver in another SATA port but still have the issue.

Docker tab reports "Docker Service failed to start."

If someone could point me in the right direction I would be much grateful, my tower is like a fish out of water at the moment.

    Regards

You have to rebuild both parity if you add or remove disks with New Config, and it will by default.

Thanks for the heads up, I thought that may be the case. But rebuilding the parity aside, my plan should work yes?
