Im thinking about getting a few HDD cages but as this thread hasnt been active since early last year I thought I would try here first.. Looking for either 4 x 3 1/2 or 5 x 3 1/2 but want something that is going to have good HDD cooling thats not going to break the bank. I was looking at the black vortex but saw that it only has bottom mounting points to screw into the case which isnt ideal if your going to have 3 of them fully loaded with drives.... the sag due to being bottom mounted only doesnt appeal. So anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Excellent app and tutorial. One question I have in relation to the "First time boot" I eventually want to pass my video card through. I know with Windows it doesnt matter if you go from using VNC to adding a video card later as it will simply detect new hardware. Whats the process for this OS. I have a Mac book but you cant very well replace parts on those things so I dont know how the OS handles that. Also the fix common problems app came up with an error "Docker application MacinaBox has volumes being passed that are mounted by Unassigned Devices, but they are not mounted with the slave option" something to be concerned about?

I currently have the below setup for my passthrough. So my question is two fold. If I use this plugin I can only assume I will not need to have them included in this line. Would that be correct? At a guess I would say check your port forwarding is correct as I have exactly the same setting as your screenshot and works fine.

CP keeps saying there is an update, but when you go to update it no data gets pulled. Anyone know why this is happening?

I have this error in the logs which im not sure about "socket.error: [Errno 98] Address in use". Does anyone have an idea what this may mean?

Ok so I have finally had a chance to setup openvpn-as and everything is working fine. I have installed openvpn connect on my iPhone and connected to the openvpn server just fine. So here is a stupid question as I set this up thinking I will be able to VPN to my unraid server. So it that possible from an iPhone? Sorry I’m a openvpn noob. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I love the Docker.... however can I request you add VPN support to the docker. My government is blocking more and more sites every year.

Hi, I started using pulseway on my daily PC and thought I would try and set it up on unraid. I do however have a question or two if anyone could help. Following the instruction it says "Copy the pulseway_x64.txz to /boot/extra (this is also the flash smb share so flash/extra)" As seen by the attached image of my FLASH I dont have an extra folder. I assume I will need to create a "extra" folder?

Sorry I havent kept up to date on this as I have been super busy at work. IMHO to get the best results and use out of pfsense running on a VM you really want to have a separate dual NIC if you can spare a x4 slot on your board that is. My setup uses a billion modem router which is setup as a modem only and because pfsense uses dual NIC it can afford me to use one port to handle my WAN connection and one port to handle my gateway. From there I have a 8 port switch that is connected to the gateway port. It may sound like a funny way to do it, but doing it like this I set a static ip for unraid and because all pc's are connected to the switch I can communicate with them at all time... even when pfsense isnt running. If you want more clarification just let me know.

I am having problems connecting couchpot. to deluge and want to open the auth file in deluge but for some reason it just comes up saying "You do not have permission to open the file". Could it be because I left the umask at default 000?
