  1. The thing is that this is happening with different NICs, cables, ports, motherboards. Every single OS variation I've tried has worked fine with the exact same hardware. Doesn't this isolate the issue to the OS level?
  2. Any possible solution to this?
  3. That's showing the Intel NICS: 00:16.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V [8086:15a1] (rev 05) 0a:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Inter Corporation I211 Gigabit Network Connection [8086:1539] (rev 03) Would this be a DHCP related problem? What is weird is that there is no link to the switch while booting from unRAID, and ethernet/DHCP works on Windows and Ubuntu on the same PC.
  4. I've checked BIOS settings on both motherboards and ethernet switch (Netgear GS716T) is working fine with the rest of my equipment. All my wiring is CAT6, but I don't think it has to do with this issue.
  5. I'm attaching the syslog from the X99 MB syslog.txt
  6. I've been trying to install two different versions: 5.0.6 and 6.1.3. None of them have been able to detect any of my NICs: - Intel DX58SO with Intel 82567LF Gigabit and a PCI NIC: Intel i350-T4 - X99-DELUXE with Intel I218V and Intel I211-AT Is this normal? The boot process runs normally and uses an "eth0" for DHCP, however it does not get an IP and finishes with the Tower login prompt. On my switch, none of the "link-up" lights turns on, meaning there is no connection at all, happening with two motherboards and one PCI NIC.
