Anybody please? I am stumped - If I don't find solution I have to change OS again

Hey Binhex As with last issue some previous issue some months ago I only use your dockers, where possible, on my UNRAID as recommended by Jon due to your great support. My system is running well but my couchpotato snatches downloads but they don't seem to go to sabnzbd for download. When I go in CP setting and test my API connection to sabnzbd it gives the "test successful." Can somebody please advise? Many thanks K

Hi Thank you, Jon didn't install anything, I installed UNRAID and used CA plugin to install Dockers and Fix Common problems to highlight issues as advised in a post some time ago, I had trouble with an Port conflict and some mappings and only then did I hire Jons services to sort that out, after this all my media libraries were visible by the docker apps, but when media downloaded it got lost - now its the other way around :-) Although Sonarr still sees my media, couch potato and Headphones do not. Hi thank you I will do that. I am almost scared to say this though - while messing around over last 24 hours I now cannot find my media in Couch potato/ Manage my movies or Headphones scan my albums.....Sorry guys - once these work I am done,,,that is all I have on my server. Thanks K

Hi Thank you, unfortunatly it never went right, but I didn't know until it start downloading. Update - changed to settings above but still not working Can you please tell me exactly what screenshots needed to see where its going wrong. My other worry is we now have about 20gig of downloads somewhere on my system taking up space. K

Hi Guys Thanks for the encouragement, much appreciated. I really am trying and thought I had it (when Mr Panozzo was showing me in session) but I am very concerned changing all the things he did. The whole thing looks great, works great and is perfect, XFS and Docker I love, but after it downloaded 13gig of media through the night I cannot find it and feel so helpless as I just don't get it. > Anyway thanks again for the words of encouragement and wisdom - I am off work today and am seriously trying to get it working. Hi I read through them but they all seem contradictory, with I use this way and others do this way, this being my issue (I think) => http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=40937.msg387919#msg387919 But having changed from windows server 2012 R2 for no other reason than I liked the look of unraid, with my pocket $150 lighter and my server mostly offline for 2 weeks I am begining to think this was no more than a folly. My thinking is that if Mr Panozzo's version of the mappings didn't work what chance do I have with my very limited understanding. I am giving it one last go this morning then, off back to Mr Gates with tail between legs, thank you very much for your help however, much appreciated. Frustrated from UK

Hi thank you, but no, I installed system and dokers and they dealt with mappings and port conflicts during session. but i will read docker links you sent shortly when i get up. thanks again k

Hi I am really sorry I am total newbie to UNRAID although long time user of SAB, CP and Sonarr for NZB, in windows server. I installed UNRAID, Plex, SAB, CP and Sonarr and paid for UNRAID service to check it all over(and correct some errors). I used all Binhex plugins as was told they were well supported and good (will make beer donation when sorted). Now everything is perfect and I am now happy with server with one big exception. My downloads all download fine, unpack and repair then I dont know where they go, they dont appear anywhere in my media folders, please help as I don't want to go back to Winblows. Many thanks K

Hi Thank you for moving my thread to the correct area - however I am finding this forum a bit of a maze trying to find what goes where. So I installed a container with Sonarr but it will not start - I am a complete newb and have never installed UNRAID sucessfully before, but this time I have and when I got Plex, Sabnzbd and Couch potato dockers working I thought I was safe to move from trial to basic UNRAID. Hi Sorry if the complete newbie schoolboy error, I bought UNRAID last weekend and all fine, with plex, sabnzb and couch potato in Docker, I added Sonarr in Docker and it wont open in WebUI. Many thanks K

Hi Itimpi thank you so much for your sterling help, it seems the learning curve is to steep for me. I failed to even get Dolphin running in Docker, I am no further forward really than I was six hours ago despite your guys help. I dont like Xpenology much but my media server runs and I know how to manage it, if my ability level is such that I cannot even send files over or run a docker then perhaps this is a sign. Hi Thank you both for your prompt replies. (no thanks button on this forum?). Sorry I was not clear in my first post. I only have one spare clean wd 3tb red - with is now in the microserver, which is now running UNRAID (albeit trial version for now). the other four drives are taken from server (in Xpenology format) and I was to put them in my USB 3.0 caddy and plug it into micro server and copy them over one at a time and as as each drive is copied then add the one from the caddy to the array to be formatted. Where I got stuck: plugged in the USB 3 caddy to microserver usb3 port and couldnt see anywhere in UNRAID where it could see this disk to copy the files to the 3tb WD (empty) already in Microserver. Sorry if I am being thick but I am totally new to this. I have used the plugin that Itimpi kindly pointed me to and I can see it but not sure where to go from there. K

Hi Guys I have a gen 8 microserver with Xeon e3 1220L v2 CPU, 8gig of ram, and 3 x 3tb wd reds and one x 2tb Seagate Nas drive currently running Xpenology. I want to convert this to Unraid 6, so purchased an extra 3tb WD red. I have taken all my data drives out of server and loaded unraid on flash drive and unused 3TB red - all good so far. My idea was that I could port over my data one by one using my USB 3.0 caddy to the USB 3.0 on the microserver and the last one would be spare and could be the Parity - but seems I got this wrong? Can anybody please advise me of my best option to get this data from old system to new system one drive at a time- please bare in mind I am a total newb and cannot I got this far without getting stuck.
