I recently rebuilt my box in a new case, added some new drives, etc. Afterwards my performance has been horrible. GUI is unresponsive, hangs, I'm having trouble with Plex containers (I have tried several), I have to reboot it at least daily.
This morning I have spent 4 hours trying to get Plex to work. Adding the container can take 10+ minutes, deleting a container can take 30+ minutes and these time aren't including the time the GUI hangs or is unresponsive and I have to forcefully reboot. Just taking the array off-line can be 10+ minutes.
Often when rebooting the system loads normally, and the monitor attached to the box has the login prompt. Accessing the GUI through another computer on the network gets a 404 error. I have to reboot and try again.
One odd thing I have noticed is that when I come back from a reboot the Main page always has the full 24 slots listed even though I change it to 9 slots every time. Is that an indication of something?
Any ideas what the problem is would be greatly appreciated. For those willing to help I only have a very basic understanding of the command line (I can type in what you tell me and tell you what the result is). I really hope this is something small and stupid I have overlooked.
