  1. No, there is no integrated GPU on my server. Hopefully they come up with a solution soon. Thanks for the help, guys.
  2. As in, use the AMD card via passthrough for your VM instead of the new Nvidia card? That wouldn't solve my problem as I will not be keeping the AMD card. I attached both cards to see if booting unraid with the AMD card would magically allow me to use the Nvidia one as passthrough for my VM but that doesn't work.
  3. I just replaced my AMD HD 7870 with a Nvidia GTX 970. When I try to boot up my Windows 10 VM, I don't get any display (screen stays black). I can boot up with VNC so I thought I should try installing the drivers for the new card. Nvidia doesn't let me do that without the card present, which it isn't because I can only boot in VNC. I guess there is a setting that needs to change due to the switch from AMD to Nvidia but I can't figure out what it is. Any help is appreciated. 4. It looks like the BIOS upgrade was the key. I upgraded it (turns out it was from mid 2012) and I didn't have to set up the PCIe ACS override. Install is progressing without any hiccoughs so far. I will verify when install is completely finished but everything looks good. Thanks dlandon and Squid! You guys were a big help! [EDIT] Everything is running nicely after install!
  5. Looks like I have bigger problems now. I had to reboot the unraid server to let the PCIe ACS override take effect but now the unraid server doesn't even boot up. Getting "No DEFAULT or UI configuration directive found!" error. I will see if I can solve this than try your solution again. Thanks!
  6. I tried with a single CPU and same results. I was under the impression that host=01:00.0 referred to my PCI GPU.
  7. Hello I have created a Windows 10 VM. I assigned it 8 cores, 120GB of space, 12.8GB RAM. Settings are displayed here: When I attempt to start the VM, I get an execution error. I am using GPU passthrough.
