  1. Hey everyone, I started on the Crashplan Home version of the container from almost the beginning, then was upgraded to the pro version without issue, but for the life of me have been unable to get it working since the change to the HTML pro client version back at the end of last year. One of the first problems I remember was a "waiting for connection" message which clearing the caches folder, as specified in the troubleshooting steps, helped, but then it constantly cycled a "Routine Maintenance" message or other issues. I let this go for over a week each time but it never changed. I have deleted the container many times making sure to clear old folders using the "cleanup appdata" plugin each time but had the same or similar results. This latest time I finally decided to deleted and deactivated all my devices on Crashplans server, essentially deleting my entire backup, and started fresh from unraid. The first problem I encountered was the storage path would not show up in the container no matter who many times I reinstalled fresh, so I manually added another path to the /mnt/user path and called it /Backup in the container, which at least gave me access to my files to select as part of the backup. On Crashplans end, I can see my new device listed on the site with no files backup, but on my end, it just constantly says "waiting for connection", but this time clearing the cache only restarts the cycle. Since I have started fresh with the exception of my unraid server, is there something I can clear out to get the new backup set going again? thank you
  2. I need to be less impatient and ask for help first if I cannot find an answer on the forums. Thanks frank1940 and garycase, I'm doing the new config and parity sync now. Now I need to figure out what's missing from CrashPlan. I had a parity drive fail on in the past, but only needed to replace it and rebuild parity to recover, but I am still not quite sure what I should have done with an unmountable or failed data drive, what steps would have to be taken to rebuild the drive, I haven't found an explanation of what steps to take on a failed drives?
  3. Lately, I have been having poor or erratic behaviour with many of my dockers after several new ones were installed and the 6.2 upgrade so I decided to start fresh from scratch. Unfortunately, I assigned one of my mostly empty data drives as the first parity drive by accident before bringing the array online, the original parity drive was in the place of the data disk when brought online. The second I click start array I realized the mistake I had made and immediately stopped the parity sync. Being that the disk config was now out of order when brought online, unraid would not allow me to reassigned the proper drives to their original spots, so I decided to format the flash drive again and start over from scratch to see what it would let me do. Well after starting another fresh unraid flash drive, it now lets me assign the drive in their correct original spots, and recognises the parity drive as still valid, but the accidentally assigned data as parity drive as unmountable and needing to be formatted. Well, I think I made another mistake by formatting the unmountable drive believing it would rebuild the data, I now realise FORMAT never means REBUILD... UGH. The only data I appear to be missing is the data that was on the fourth, now formatted, drive. The question I have is, I have what appears to be 3 good data drives with a valid parity drive, can I rebuild the data that was originally on that formatted fourth drive or is it now lost? tks unthunder-diagnostics-20160923-2124.zip
  4. I've have some web GUI corruption after a power outage and now have (86) FSCK0000.REC files on the flash drive. For example the VM's creation page no longer fully loads. How can I validate and recreate the web GUI file structure? Would a freshly installed flash drive start me from the point before I did any plugin updates or is this the wrong approach? thanks for the help
  5. Every time I reboot my machine or loose power, my VM's disappear from the Virtual Machines tab. I have not bothered tracking down the issue since I can manually recreate them using their existing vdisks. However, after a power outage yesterday, I am unable to recreate them since the Add VM page now appears to be corrupt since it no longer gives me the option to select a template. see screenshot. Any help would be appreciated, I have been using unRiad for only about 2 months now, love it but am not very familiar with it yet. tks unthunder-diagnostics-20160316-2207.zip
