First off you have to pass through all three of these devices it is really only 1 device but it shows up as three. Why I hated USB2.0 and VMWare. It had a 6 device limit on pass through on ESXi 5.0 and a USB controller like this used up 3 of the 6 allowed devices. I am trying to pass through a USB 2.0 PCIe NEC card. I have tried both ways shown but I just can't seem to get it to work. The vm just errors and never start. so I got it back to the start. Any help would great.
