  1. Something I did notice was that the share that I had the plugin Backing up to didn't actually exist. What I mean to say is that the folder was physically there when looking via Windows explorer and within the plugin but it was not listed under Shares in the UnRaid GUI. Also, you say the same command is used with MC but when I delete via MC it looks like a "Directory Scan" is carried out first before then starting the delete process. When carrying out the RM from the CLI I have noticed there is no "Directory Scan", it just starts blitzing through the files.
  2. Ok, so managed to get my backups deleted by using "rm -rf *" at the CLI. Strange that it works here but causes a hang in MC. Does MC not use exactly the same command?
  3. After my last post I attempted to delete my old backup folders via Midnight Commander and again my server locked up while removing a random file in amongst my Plex Metadata folders. I'm looking to get rid of my 20+ dated backups and go non dated but i'm now at a bit of a loss as to how to get these old backups deleted.
  4. I've been suffering from random server crashes for the past month or 2 and have just made the connection that it happens at the same time very week, when CA Backup is running. I've carried out some of the suggestions in here and we'll see what happens next Monday morning at 5am
  5. Yep, Server, Windows 10 VM and PfSense VM all running from one box (The router is no longer there).
  6. I'm getting exactly the same.
  7. 6.2.4 I've updated. Fingers crossed Cheers Man.

  9. Installed this yesterday and this morning I had a notification that around half of my dockers had been "Auto-Updated". Upon checking it appears that the Dockers in question have actually been deleted I've re-installed the dockers in question from templates and all is good with the world again. Any ideas what happened?
  10. Yep. It appears to be caused by the fact that the mounts aren't valid, hence the reason I'm trying to remove them. I've even tried removing and re-installing the plugin but the entries re appear. Are these stored in a file somewhere that I can manually edit?
  11. Hey folks, I have a share from my Cable Box listed for mounting in Unassigned Devices but I want to remove it. The Cross icon for removing is red and unresponsive. Any ideas? 12. Only just noticed that my Crashplan hasn't been working for the past few days. When I connect via VNC it appears to be in a reboot cycle. Log shows this... Openbox-Message: Unable to find a valid menu file "/var/lib/openbox/debian-menu.xml" ERROR: openbox-xdg-autostart requires PyXDG to be installed ./run: line 20: 2334 Killed $JAVACOMMON $SRV_JAVA_OPTS -classpath "$TARGETDIR/lib/com.backup42.desktop.jar:$TARGETDIR/lang" com.backup42.service.CPService > /config/log/engine_output.log 2> /config/log/engine_error.log /opt/startapp.sh: line 22: 2488 Killed ${JAVACOMMON} ${GUI_JAVA_OPTS} -classpath "./lib/com.backup42.desktop.jar:./lang:./skin" com.backup42.desktop.CPDesktop > /config/log/desktop_output.log 2> /config/log/desktop_error.log Repeated over and over. Any ideas?
  13. It was nothing...Honestly
  14. Done. Cheers buddy

  16. All the things you mention would be installed as Docker containers. The Community Applications plugin provides an easy way to install these and keep them up to date. It also provides an automated way of backing up the settings of your dockers as well as a host of extra tools.
  17. All working perfectly now, thanks. I kind of went through your post sequentially and as such I had already made the changes before reading the bit about the backupOptions.json file You still want the contents of the file?
  18. Cheers buddy, I'm just off to work too. Thanks for the help, beer incoming
  19. Couple of questions: What browser are you using? When entering the module, does the pop up warning about erasing all the files in the destination appear? Is Apply greyed out when you enter the module? When pressing apply does a warning pop up appear (and after hitting ok is apply greyed back out?) If you change appdata Source to be "Select a source" does red warning text appear at the top about having to select a source? Chrome usually, but FF exhibits the same behaviour. Yep, the pop up works fine. No, Apply isn't greyed out when entering. When I hit Apply nothing happens, no pop up, no nothing. Nope, no warning when changing to "select a source". Thanks for efforts
  20. Just discovered another symptom. The "apply" button in the settings page appears to not do anything. I can change all the settings and hit apply, but when I reload the page they have all reverted back to what they were.
  21. all user shares reside under the /mnt/user mount point at the Linux level so that sounds like correct behaviour. Not for this particular scenario it ain't
  22. I've just changed destination disk to "user". When I click the Destination share box it does show the list, but no matter what share I pick it adds /mnt/user/ to the start.
