  1. Hello, I have been using unRaid for a few years now and this summer I decided to build an ESXI system, which has been running great for a long time.... until last week!! My syslogs are riddled with the following message. my webconsole is all messed up as well, some drives are saying they are missing, when they are not. Fsck? At first I thought it was just one bad disk, but now I am seeing it on multiple disks, which makes me think it is something else. I have run smart reports on a few of the drives, and they APPEAR to be OK. I then proceeded to doing a chkdsk on the actual USB key, and it checks out OK. I checked the cabling and it looks good as well. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated, as I would like to be back to my storage Nirvana!! Start of syslog https://www.dropbox.com/s/wustwm5oeje72hl/syslog.1.gz Rolled over log https://www.dropbox.com/s/m7eog7ku1vel6se/syslog.gz As for system specs within the VM. 4G of RAM 2 CPU's assigned at 2.1GHz SATA card is IBM M1015 unraid 5Beta13 Power supply - OCZ 750W PC Power Thanking you in advance!!
  2. I upgraded to beta 13 the day Plex was released for it and I have had no issues/regets what so ever. I find version 5 REALLY elevates the products look/feel. There are always risks to going into a Beta but I felt comfortable with upgrading. The plugin system alone makes it a great leap forward and I would HIGHLY recomment the SimpleFeatures plugin.
  3. That did the trick! Thanks Joe for the fast reply. Gotta love this community. BTW, what would cause the FS to be unavailable like that? Could it be just 1 drive causing the issue or the actual controller?
  4. Hello, After a bad powerdown, my user shares are not showing up. When I look in the unraid menu, I don't see the shares anymore. I still see the directories when I look inside specific drives. I can also see the configuration files within /boot/config/shares and they look fine. I do incremental backups of my USB drive, so I am able to recover files if I need to, but I am unsure as to which files I should recover or where to look from here. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the latest syslog, but nothing seems off from what I can tell. Cheers! syslog-2011-03-23.txt
