  1. I'd appreciate recommendations on the best silent case for a Dual Quad-Core Xeon system using a Supermicro X9DRI-F Extended ATX workstation motherboard. These are 12"x13". I'd like to have case with minimum of 8 Hot Swap HDD Trays. Silent performance, proper cooling and quality are key. I'm really looking for something very quiet. I understand this is a tall order. See my signature for parts that I am planning to install. Thanks in advance.
  2. StevenD what was the cost for your recent build? Also, how's noise?
  3. Hi There, I've been reading this forum for about a month. Looking to build a dual cpu server for use of multiple VMs for budget around $1k. I want to make the server as silent as possible. I'd appreciate your thoughts, feedback, comments, advice, before I bite the bullet. Thanks in advance! 4. I have the ASRock EP2C602-4L/D16 and fired it up yesterday after receiving two e5-2670's that were snatched from ebay. Easy to setup and all seems good so far on Memtests. How loud is your system with 2 CPU/ fans?
