Still broken on 6.11.2
-
Disable autostart in Disk Settings, shut down, restore config/super.dat to flash from your backup, reboot. Then you can confirm the disk assignments are correct before starting the array.

DISK_ASSIGNMENTS.txt
This file is just for your information. Unraid doesn't use it, instead config/super.dat is read to get your disk assignments. If the file doesn't exist nothing is assigned.
-
You should take care of these

Compute All on the User Shares page works fine, don't know why Diagnostics doesn't get this right.

clearing cache
If you don't make the browser get the latest code from the webUI, it could still be running code from the previous version.
Has everybody tried clearing browser cache?

don't think adblocker has anything to do with this
Any update might include changes to the underlying webUI code that could affect browser behavior, so we always mention clearing cache, disabling adblocker, trying another browser...

Working for me.
Do you have adblocker or anything else that might interfere with browser?
-
I will update this post with links to diagnostics with this problem as I encounter them

Are you sure you haven't changed anything about your network? Wireguard remote access to LAN has always worked for me whatever version
-
OK, I went into the Recycle Bin on my laptop and recovered some of my system diagnostics. This was definitely working correctly on 6.10.2 and 6.10.3, but not working on 6.11.0rc4

I managed to capture some of the text from the popup window when the diagnostics were being created. I think this includes all of the collection related to shares, but I don't think these tell us anything useful

don't mind the 1 failed drive
I assume you know that any access to that drive will require all disks to spin? Maybe even access to any user share will. Replace the drive and see if you still have a problem

I have the exact same issue here.
Are you sure? Post diagnostics so we can see if there may be some other reason.

Not necessary to preclear a disk unless you just want to test it. The only time a clear disk is required is when adding it to a new slot in an array that already has parity, and Unraid itself will clear the disk in that case.
