  1. I just had the same problem with my Sandisk 32GB USB 3.1 Ultra Fit that I bought just for that. I even tested it on another computer and wasted a lot of time until I came in here and saw your reports. How frustrating!
  2. Me too. I was using an old Radeon hd 6570 to circumvent this problem. Thanks to you guys i can now use my GTX 1050 TI on Linux'Vms with passthrough! Thank you so much! So, to summarize: # From within the Linux Guest OS, do the following: 1) Create the file. sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/snd-hda-intel.conf 2) Add the following line, save, and close. options snd-hda-intel enable_msi=1 3) Reboot and issue should be solved!
  3. Good to know. It's really impossible to use NoVNC on 6.3v (even for admin purposes). I'll use remmina from now on. Thanks.
  4. Hi, i'm not an specialist but i am using and Radeon HD 6450 by XFX with Linux Mint 18 (that's based on ubuntu 16.04) and was able to passthrough by selecting Bios type SeaBios, assigning the Radeon card and choosing to install Mint in "Compatibility Mode". That did the trick for me. In fact i am not yet using the appropriate driver for that card (i was told that the old proprietary driver flgx was removed from ubuntu 16.04 and a newer driver is on the works) but the generic one that was installed is sufficient for me at the moment. If someone knows a better way, please let us know. Hope it helps.
  5. Helped me too. Thank you so much! As was also said, almost certain that if you include the virtio drivers in a new win xp iso file it will work directly, without the need for this trick.
  6. I don´t know if it´s already been sold, but a have an Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H (rev. 1.1) and it works fine as the GA-Z77-DS3H as i´ve been told. Passthrough my Radeons HD 5450 and 6450 and motherboard´s usb 3.0 controller with success. Running one gpu with a Localized Windows VM and another with OpenElec. The IGFX stays with unraid itself.
