It sounds like you have been hit by the first version of Cerber. as far as i know http://blog.trendmicro.com/trend-micro-ransomware-file-decryptor-updated/, there is a free decryption for the first release (now Cerber3 http://myspybot.com/cerber3virus/, the third version is raging in the wild)...
