  1. When using nut how we disable the internal UPS function of unraid ? It's turned off but I get spam of Communications with UPS lost messages in log file. NUT communicates just fine. - UPS settings in unraid UPS Status Lost communication , Start APC UPS daemon: NO - NUT settings UPS status online
  2. I'll take a look. However there's no pre built package or slack build that I could find. So it may be a while till I have time. Have you tried borg backup? Thanks I will try borg.

    HD problem?

Reallocated Sectors Count treshold is 5 and the dec value is 24. That is what is causing warning for the disk. Should I return it (hd is almost new 900 hours of operation) ?

  5. After the latest update ups communication is not working at all. Somehow after starting-stopping ups daemon somehow communication restored and I was about to try a reboot. Thanks anyway for this plugin.
  6. How are you receiving the alerts? I receive them while logged in via ssh terminal.
  7. How to avoid these alerts "UPS ups@localhost battery is low" ? I'm getting these alerts when the load is high and the runtime left is very low. But I don't care to receive such alerts when the power is on.
  8. Anyone using duplicacy? Seems a nice option with deduplication but a little bit confusing to use with cli.
  9. Next version of unraid will support separate ip for each docker and will solve that problem?
  10. For existing users it also removed all existing files.
  11. I updated sickrage and it just deleted everything, why make an update to remove all files? It worked with the above commands but still, why someone to make a lame update to just delete the files from the docker?
  12. Midnight Commander is the best reliable option.
  13. What the following means? I was running the trial and upgraded the license. Multiple registration keys found - While unRaid will operate with multiple .key (registration files) within the config folder on the flash drive (ie: For simplicity sake you have multiple valid registrations and are storing them all within the config folder, you will run into problems if you ever need to transfer one of the registrations to another USB stick, as unRaid will not know which registration file to transfer, and the incorrect registration may get blacklisted. You should investigate and determine which key belongs to which USB stick and only have that particular key on that stick
  14. Is it necessary to change unraid port 80 in order to work?
  15. I am having a problem, I added a wrong directory to map in sickrage settings and docker vanished from the gui. What should I do? Invalid volume spec \":/movies:rw\": volumeinvalid: Invalid volume specification: ':/movies:rw'" How I can edit the config? Seems like it just vanished from the earth. docker images -a r: Invalid volume spec \":/movies:rw\": volumeinvalid: Invalid volume specification: ':/movies:rw'" linuxserver/sickrage latest deafc112393c 4 days ago 120.1 MB Advanced view on (orphan image) Image ID: deafc112393c linuxserver/sickrage:latest Can I try to just remove it as I understand and install it again (data will remain) ? edit: I removed the orphan image , installed sickrage again and removed the host3 (invalid path). It works
  16. The symptoms are consistent with an adblocker blocking the unRAID GUI. If you run an adblocker in your browser then you need to whitelist the unRAID server. I feel stupid, you are right, thanks
  17. I upgraded after clean install, I had no shares or whatever and now when I add a share doesn't show up in the web interface. However the folder is exists and works. I can view them at dashboard shares list but not on the shares tab.

  19. Thanks for the advice, I tried reconstruct write mode and it's faster but not like raid5 but much better than before. If I add a small ssd as a cache disk I will be able to hit 90-100mb/sec file transfers?
  20. Hello, I'm trying unraid and I'm interested to buy a license but I have some problems with N36L. I have the same problem like some other people have already posted in the past; file transfers starts at 90-100mbps and drops to less than 30mbps. I have patched the bios, set write cache to yes and a lot of other advices I have read. Nothing works. The disk I have are slow I have tested them and I can write/read at 80-90mb/sec for the greens and 140mb/sec for the samsung. SAMSUNG_HD103SJ - 1 TB (parity) WDC_WD10EADS-00L5B1 - 1 TB WDC_WD10EADS-00M2B0 - 1 TB I had no problem with file transfers using the same disks and raid5 on another system. Is there a way to make it faster or the combination of slow cpu/hard disks isn't enough for unraid? Thanks
