  1. So far this seems to function as expected. I have issues with heat, particularly during parity checks, on my system and have enabled that feature as well to see if it will help.
  2. Meant to update this when I fixed this issue. Apologies for not. This was a memory issue. I replaced the memory and it ran ad is running fine.

I am having to build a new server. here is what I am looking at: AMD RYZEN 3 1200 4-Core 3.1 GHz (3.4 GHz Turbo) Socket AM4 65W YD1200BBAEBOX Desktop Processor, GIGABYTE GA-AB350-GAMING 3 (rev. 1.0) AM4 AMD B350 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Intel Z170 Platform / Intel X99 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-2133C15D-8GVR Wanted to see if you guys thought this would function as a basic unraid. All I am am wanting for now is to stream movies, and store files. any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated
  5. Further update ran memtest and came back with errors. trying to sort that out now
  6. I apologize for the delay in this response. I tried it in safe mode and it comes up. I tried it in safe mode with Gui too and it works. It still wont boot up in regular mode.
  7. Yes I do see that Then it brings up what call the working info at the bottom (...). Then it scrolls down for awhile and I see the login. Then after a few seconds it scrolls again and I get that error.
  8. Ok lets see. It is a build that I have been running for awhile. do not remember what release but I thought I had updated it to the latest awhen it came out a few months ago. Old hardware will try flash in my other computer Will get a pic of th escreen although ALOT scrolls by
  9. I am getting an error booting my unraid server and I can not tell if it is related to a usb drive issue or a hardware issue. Final line of screen says “kernel panic - not syncing: fatal exception in interrupt” Any help is appreciated.
