I think you're right, it's probably due to split level conflicts with movies and TV's different data structure. Best resolution path?

For Media share, attached is the folder structure example: For TV: Media > TV > Series > Season # > Episode For Movies in that share for example: Media > Movies > MOVIENAME > MOVIE.mp5

Hello, It appears that one of my disks filled up, which is also interesting as all my shares are set to high water. Anyways, when I invoke the mover, nothing seems to move. I does show that disk4 is unable to be written to because it's full. Any help please? It appears to be the case that this is due to my backplane and expander being on SAS1, and having issues with > 4TB drives. Weird that it's worked for 2 years as is. 1.5 years on windows and the rest on unRAID. I have a new backplane coming, hopefully that fixes the issues.

After a reboot, notice now it sees only disk 6, not 4 and 8 as before.

Hey all, I have been having issues with unRAID not seeing all of my drives at times. It appears especially true after doing a version update. I'm currently running 6.3.5 after being on the beta and updating today. I have had this issue before, and it seemed that re flashing my boot drive fixed it, not this time. I can't get all my drives to come up. As you can see in the screenshot, there are a couple drives up, so it's seeing the HBA, but no idea why I can't see the rest of the drives. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is my HBA toast and I need to order a replacement? Attaching the syslog as well. Details: Supermicro 24 bay chassis LSI 9220-8i HBA (running P20 firmware)(I've tried various older versions as well. syslog.txt tower-diagnostics-20180106-1942.zip

Hey guys, when trying to update my containers, I get this blank screen now that has no output on it. It just sits there forever.

Just an update after more troubleshooting and configuring, I still haven't solved this, but I installed PMS on my windows computer, and the same issue still persists. So I know it's not the docker container. Does anyone know how to analyze .mkv's to see what the differences are?

OK update: I installed plex as a plugin, and I have the same issue, cannot advance forward or resume some movies. Anyone else experience this at all??

I did copy them. I have 232GB free on my SSD But I also created a new folder on a new library. Same thing. I've set the share to cache only. Can I just set the temp folder to /mnt/user/cache/appdata Like I said, only a few 14gb + files do this. But not all. I have everything set to direct play

Ok I changed to that, and it broke it. Won't load the Plex page with those settings. Anyways, while I was at it, I created a new directory. /mnt/user/cache/appdata/plexmediaserver2 Readded some of my libraries, but still the same result. Cannot resume larger movies, and I cannot seek forward in the film either. Just times out. Again, in the smaller movie files, there's no issue, I can skip forward as much as I'd like EDIT: Upon further review, it's not necessarily the size of the file. I just skipped ahead in some larger files, but there are still a few that I cannot. Any thoughts? Could it be an encoding issue?

My docker setting is already: /mnt/user/appdata is there something else that you're referring to?
