Thanks for explaining...will try the UD plugin for example in HDD1\folder1 i will have new movies and on HDD2\folder2 i will have watched movies - time to time i will move files from HDD1 to HDD2 and remove them later if i dont have space anymore. If i wont set it up Share only on HDD1, but keep it without include HDD1/2 setting. It copies/save files randomly on HDD1 or 2? or whats the magic behind it? Thanks

why is not this setting in UI?!

Hello, I just tried unRAID 6.3.0.rc5, i like the UI and speed seems feels fine, but somehow im missing pure JBOD mode. Im currently using Zyxel NAS 325v2 this way. 1. The array which is have created here are 2 disks (500gb and 250gb) but seems to me they act as one 750gb - which is not what i want - as if one goes down i lose data on both or im not sure how it writes if to both of them or only one? I dont have parity disk add (wont have in near future) Or after i create folder in "add share" there i define which HDD to create use and this way i force data store location? I might understand it wrong 2. Also former NAS discs are on EXT4 (2x4TB) by those smaller disks 500gb and 250gb i had to format them to XFS. Its not possible with those EXT4 discs as they are full of data. So how to add them there? Thanks:) 2.
