Can someone answer this question for me please I'm moving from from my old case to a new one Which can hold more drives I'm wondering do I have to reconnect my HDD I know in the same order as disk 1 -2 -3 and so on but have they got to be on the original sata cable port Say disk 1 is on sata 2 has it got to be on the same port If not I have two Parity disks one is on port 2 and the other is one is 12 I think Can I move them to ports 1-2 in the new case Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Ok this is my drive list I have no clue how to remove the 6 TB drive after by doing a new config Do I just make sure each drive is in the same order apart from the last drive disk 14 Once again so sorry if this is silly but I'm paranoid about losing data At the moment I'm coping about 600gb to disk 13 a 4tb drive which has over 2TB free Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

can anyone help me I'm very new unraid ( and scared of losing my Data ) I have about 15 HDD's In my machine with one parity drive I've just added a new 6 TB hard drive to it with about 12% of data on it that I would like to now remove and replace it with a 3TB hard drive and use the 6TB HDD as a second parity drive Is there a easy way of doing this Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

i have a SSD in as a cache but ive noticed my plex library can be a bit slow i get the plex 3 Dots of loading on the screen do i have to move all my plex library info over to the SSD to speed this up or do i change the ( Appdata ) Folder to use Cache only

can i just ask i have 57TB over 14 HDD im about to add a 6TB Parity drive now when it starts to sync can i still use the server ie Plex, folder sorting in my pictures folder

Coming from a home server 2011 this system and OS is very New to me so please be Kind... im trying to move my plex database files to a Unassigned SSD to speed things up a bit is there i guide anyone can point me to
