  1. For some reason I thought this was the ddclient. My bad.
  2. Sure. Once I get home. I cannot connect to my server from where I am.
  3. Did you turn on any SSL or enable any other features? Yes as it is required by my registrar.
  4. I keep on getting the following error FATAL: Error loading the Perl module Digest::SHA1 needed for freedns update. FATAL: On Debian, the package libdigest-sha1-perl must be installed.
  5. Okay, so I fixed it and fixed the problem, I hope. For some reason the docker folder was not set for cache only, but to be cached, so the mover script was moving things and I had subvolumes that were in limbo between user, user0 and cache. So I turned off docker, modified and ran the rm_docker_home.sh script that gfjardim posted to wipe out everything in cache, user0 and user. Set the docker folder to be cache only and reinstalled all my containers. What a pain.
  6. So I just upgraded to beta6 and had no trouble running any of the dockers. Then suddenly my sabnzbd one stop working. This is the only error I can find. 2014/08/04 22:04:07 exec: "/sbin/my_init": stat /sbin/my_init: no such file or directory I don't know enough to fix it myself so I am asking for help. I've tried removing the container and images and still nothing. Please lime-tech forums. You are my only hope.
  7. Its mounting them read only. chmod -R 660 should open then up for you.
  8. I was just wondering why couchpotato is set to update from a local user directory that doesn't exist? It didn't want to auto update. Took me a bit to figure out how to change this as I don't regularly use git to do anything. For those whom want to fix this to have couchpotato update from the master do the following. Edit the file /opt/couchpotato/.git/config Under [remote "origin"] Delete the url = line and add url = https://github.com/RuudBurger/CouchPotatoServer CouchPotato should now be able to auto update.
  9. Is this beta 3 or beta 4. There were some very major updates fro NFS between the two.
  10. Where does the mediafrontpage-git package install? It doesn't sit in the /opt directory where other apps do.
  11. Personally I would create an unexported user share called complete that my files would go to when completed limited to a couple of drives. So the torrents are now spread across a couple of drives which would allow you to then move them without degrading the array performance significantly. Keep all the incomplete torrents on the cache drive.
  12. I just started fresh with new drives (for the most part) and a brand new WD30EZRX 3TB drive. As I am building parity the drive keeps on dropping from my system and I don't know why. After a reboot the drive always turns back up and then I have to start trying to build parity again. Specs: MSI MS-7549 Mobo with an AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor and 2 gigs of ram. 13. See this post. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=22615.0
  14. This is also a concern I have. I have one nic that requires r8169 and would like to know how to add that driver to the rc8a build.
  15. User access is not controlled by which network port they are connecting to natively. This would require a huge amount of customization to do something like this if it were possible. Secondly streaming over WIFI is generally not recommended as dropped packets due to interference would cause video stream stuttering. Now that I think of it this could be done by setting up one server with unraid running two virtual servers that RSYNC to each other. Its crude but will do what you want though it will take A LOT of effort in setting it up properly. To make it easy, set one anonymous user that anyone can use that has only R/O permissions and then hand out user accounts to those who require them.
  16. I have this done on my machine and its easy to do. Step 1: In your config set your primary IP address with a gateway. (This is where your machine will do any internet access related things.) Step 2: In your go script (/boot/config/go) add a line for each new nic ifconfig eth1 192.168.1.X netmask 255.255.255.0 up ifconfig eth2 192.168.1.X netmask 255.255.255.0 up eth0 has already been setup in step 1 so no need to worry about it. Reboot your array or run the commands manually to bring them up.
  17. When you set that directory in sabnzbd config it should automatically create it. If it can't it means there's a permissions issue. Are you running sabnzbd as root or as another user? If you are running it as nobody first shutdown Sabnzbd, then you can issue the commands below: chown -R nobody:users /mnt/user/newmedia chmod -R 770 /mnt/user/newmedia And then start sabnzbd again. That should take care of that issue.
  18. I found that uploading my data was more efficient using FTP. The only problem was the permissions set at the end of the transfer were not allowing me access to those files. I just ran the new permissions script under utilities to rectify that issue. I found FTP transfers to be 15% more efficient than the smb transfers. It makes a huge difference when transferring >1tb of files
  19. Seagate Drive. I am going to pick up a new drive to use and RMA this one. Thanks.
  20. Now it seems to prove me a liar. The telnet session updated itself and is now continuing normally. Now it is complete and I am not sure what to make of the results. ** Changed attributes in files: /tmp/smart_start_sdb /tmp/smart_finish_sdb ATTRIBUTE NEW_VAL OLD_VAL FAILURE_THRESHOLD STATUS RAW_VALUE Raw_Read_Error_Rate = 115 118 6 ok 84865055 Spin_Retry_Count = 100 100 97 near_thresh 0 End-to-End_Error = 100 100 99 near_thresh 0 Reported_Uncorrect = 23 57 0 near_thresh 77 High_Fly_Writes = 95 96 0 ok 5 Airflow_Temperature_Cel = 78 80 45 ok 22 Temperature_Celsius = 22 20 0 near_thresh 22 Hardware_ECC_Recovered = 43 41 0 ok 84865055 Current_Pending_Sector = 100 99 0 ok 0 Offline_Uncorrectable = 100 99 0 ok 0 No SMART attributes are FAILING_NOW 52 sectors were pending re-allocation before the start of the preclear. 50 sectors were pending re-allocation after pre-read in cycle 1 of 1. 0 sectors were pending re-allocation after zero of disk in cycle 1 of 1. 0 sectors are pending re-allocation at the end of the preclear, a change of -52 in the number of sectors pending re-allocation. 607 sectors had been re-allocated before the start of the preclear. 607 sectors are re-allocated at the end of the preclear, the number of sectors re-allocated did not change.
