  1. this is how I did it: 1. Using your windows machine, copy the renamed xeoma install file to an accessible user share on your unraid server e.g. \\tower\downloads 2. Assuming you have Unraid 6.4.x, hit the "Terminal" button in the webgui 3. type "mc" for midnight commander 4. On the left go to user share e.g., /mnt/user/downloads 5. on the right go to /mnt/cache/appdata or /mnt/user/appdata depending on your setup 6. use MC menu system to select and copy the file over

  3. I had the same issue, but managed to fix it by downloading the Linux x64 version and renaming it to "xeoma_from_url.tgz" and putting it in the downloads folder. As a bonus, I did this with the new beta version and it runs better than latest stable version. I'm now able to smoothly watch my footage at 20x playback speed, which didn't work well before. I think you also need to edit the conf file to make it install.
  4. I've been running Xeoma without any issues for a few months now. However, I'd like to be able to access it directly from my phone when I'm on the go. Does anyone have Xeoma setup with a reverse proxy? I found this discussion: http://felenasoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=581 ...but it's quite old. I've never setup a reverse proxy, shouldn't this be easier / different with Unraid 6.4.1 ?
  5. I initially had some activation problems myself, but it's been solid for me since I got it working. In terms of settings, I definitely had to be in host mode since I'm not running a license server. However, since I unsuccessfully tried to activate first in bridge mode, I had to reset my license with Xeoma. You can do so here: http://felenasoft.com/xeoma/en/support/activation-issues/license-reset/
