I'd also be happy with any 'here's what worked for me' type of responses...

My domain is with Cloudflare, and I was able to configure DNS, generate a Cloudflare certificate and configure nginx to work as a reverse proxy, so it can work.

I have a docker network and have forwarded the ports on my router...

Hmm, you should only need to open 443 if you're using a reverse proxy

Is there a way I can manually edit the default "active_tracker_limit"?

One workaround is to use multiple containers, limiting each one to 1200 or so torrents. I found that that's about the maximum number before the UI becomes unbearably slow.

Wow!  I don't know what the version is of the docker image I just downloaded, but it connected to the Czech endpoint in a mere five or ten seconds! (I haven't yet got around to entering multiple endpoints in the configuration).

I've been connected to the same endpoint for 5 days without issue

  4. I recently installed the Portainer container, and I noticed that Docker was showing over 400 volumes.

From the unraid console I ran

    docker volume prune

to remove the unused volumes and my docker volume reduced in size 38gb.

You can still utilize port forwarding on legacy servers — the method for doing so, and list of available servers are the same, with the exception of a handful of servers that have had the feature temporarily pulled while maintenance is performed. Until the other servers are adjusted, you can still use legacy Toronto, Vancouver, France, Romania, and Israel for successful port forwarding requests with the API.

  6. I think I know what's going on.  In my case, each one of the Jackett instances is using a different set of trackers (public trackers, private trackers and anime trackers).  It looks like you are using the same trackers in each instance.  I don't think that will work because your using the same credentials for simultaneous logins

  7. My server has two network cards (eth0 and eth1) which are configured as 802.3ad link aggregation.  This shows as bond0, which seems to work fine, ethtool shows it as  Speed: 2000Mb/s.

I also show a bond2 interface, which seems to do nothing - no packets up or down.  What is this interface, and why is it there?

Edit: Solved network settings had Enable VLAN set as yes, this creates a new interface
