Hey, I have great experiences with Unraid and its ease of use across many aspects. I'm looking to build/buy an Intel NUC like device and use as a homelab server. Given the storage needs would be "relatively" minor I'm thinking about only using a single m2 ssd. Is Unraid still a viable option?

Hey i just migrated from letsencrypt to Swag and wanted to setup UniFi docker as part of my reverse setup. I’m using the sub folder setup for all my dockers, but that isn’t supported for the unify controller. Could anyone guide me on how to setup the UniFi as subdomain. It says that I need to setup a Cname for unifi. What should the cname settings be? i’m using my own domain and a static Ip with DNS at Cloudflare

I have now backed up my appdata and USB to an external usb hard drive using unassigned devices. Would i then be able to just copy the back from the external usb hard drive to another device for extra safety or should be done through the plugin?

Any ideas? Whenever I try to restart the SABNZBD docker the speed increases to 60-63 MB/s, but then it returns back to 25-30 MB\s after some time. Any ideas what could be the issue then?

Its on the cache drive SSD. I have the following Sab performance stats System performance (Pystone) 112422 Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100… Download folder speed 319 MB/s (/downloads/incomplete) Complete folder speed 298.1 MB/s (/downloads/complete) So that shouldn't be the bottleneck

Hey I recently upgraded my ISP connection from 250 to 500 mbit, but i am still seeing download speeds of 25-27 MB/s. I have done a speedtest on the server and its speed is 500/500 and i also did an clean install of sabnzbd on another windows machine and there i got 65 MB/S, so its clearly not internal network or my usenet provider. I have also checked the CPU usage during downloads on my server and its around 10-20%, so that shouldn´t be the bottleneck. Any ideas on what might help?

How many times do guys recommending running preclear?

Nice - How did you replace the original script? Update: Placed it under the plugin and renamed the new script to preclear_disk.sh

Thanks I’m in the process of running a smart extended test through unraid webgui, will that be suffcient to determine if the drive is okay?

Hey i just got a new WD Red 6 tb drive and is about to install it and was wondering if it is recommended to preclear it before use and if so how should I do it? It seems that the support of the preclear plugin is broken in recent updates if I shouldn’t preclear does there exist a plug-in I can use to test the drive before use?

So I had problems starting the docker after updating and I changed the unraid port to 442 and the dockers seems to work again. Is there anything else I should do?

I just pulled the latest version and it doesnt Seem to have updated to Sab 2.2 Why is that? Thanks for the great work ?

I have setup a revser proxy and ssl cert for my primary domain xxx.tld. I know need to do the same for another domain that I own. The content is exactly the same for both domains. Should I just do a DNS redirect or whats is the preferred way to do on my other domain?

Hey as far as i understand rclone Google drive backup doesnt work very well due to hard links what's your preferred way to backup is it just an external drive plugged in via unassigned devices?
