Which Linux disto would you recommend?

I can't seem to get lubuntu to install. It seems fine, but under installation it returns a UEFI error. I then go back and try again and then it doesn't return that error. Last time I tried it installed successfully, but it just boots up from the installer again. Is there a problem with Lubuntu and Unraid? I used the Ubuntu template.

Hey I was wondering if you know of a docker image or equiavalent, that grants me acces to my unraid server and local lan acces over the internet kind of like team viewer. I can't host a VPN server on my home network as I'm behind Carrier grade NAT. Right now I'm running a reverse VPN on a VPS and then connecting my unraid server as a client and then I can connect another client to the unraid server through the VPS. But it would be preferable to have a team viewer like service as a docker, that only need to acces to the web, as the openvpn client plugin sometimes disconnect.

Would it work if I just do a backup to a local folder on my unraid server and then set up a rclone sync script to sync that folder to my google drive?

Hey I'm using Google drive rclone to backup my media. I'm looking into also backing up my app data folder. Should I then just do a backup through this tool to a local folder on my server, and then make an rclone script to sync that folder with my cloud provider (google drive) or is there a better way?

Hey I'm wondering if it's possible to run Android emulator on unraid? Either through Docker or VM. Does anyone have any experience with it?

Appreciate this plugin very much I need to reboot my server and need the client software to connect at startup, because I'm not home at the moment at use client to client communication. Is there anyway I can activate the "start Openvpn at moutning of array" without stopping the vpn first? Or any way to the openvpn client connect at startup

I did have some weird web gui problems, where I needed to reboot the server around 2 days ago. Could that have affected Deluge external connectivity?

Yeah okay It's just weird that every other container works perfectly fine It's only deluge that I can't acces

I just updated the docker and it now it won't let me acces the web ui. Should I change some ports or anything after update? Edit: It seem that sonarr and radarr still have a connection to radarr. I just can't acces it. I'm away from home and accessing through openvpn reverse vpn. Openvpn on a VPS and Openvpn client acting as vpn gateway (Acces to private subnet) It works fine with unraid webui and other dockers just not delugeVPN after the update.

Hey I tried setting vpn client through openvpn plugin and something must have gone wrong. Now I can't acces the web GUI. I tried running killall emhttp nohup /usr/local/sbin/emhttp & It seems that the web gui isn't running is there any way to start it again?

Hey I'm using Rclone and have imported the script to User Scripts, and it works Now I want to schedule it every night at 03:00 am So I'm choose the custom option in User scripts and pasting the following in to the box 0 3 * * * Would that work?

I'm in the procces of setting up deluge, sabnzbd, sonarr and radarr. I was wondering if I need to to activate "Set Permissions" In sabnzbd the permissions for completed downloads is set 0777

I dont if it's the right place to ask, but under Volume mapping: The one big caveat is that the appdata share that you create must be a "cache only" share. If you do not set it to be cache only, when the mover script comes along every day at 3am, it will move the files from your cache drive to your array. In the process, permissions on the files will get changed with the net result that your docker application probably will not work correctly the next time you use it. Here you recommend using Cache: Prefer. Which should one choose for their app data share?

I fixed it By changing from tun to tun5 in .ovpn file

Hey I have installed this plugin and moved my openvpn.ovpn file to the boot/openvpn folder. It's a Openvpn Acces server auto login profile, so I deactivated "requires login" It reports the following in the log: Options error: You must define TUN/TAP device (--dev) What should I do?

Thanks for the reply. I'm well aware that every data will be erased. I'm planning to use the SSD as cache. In the beginning I will not be using any parity drive until I buy a new 6 tb drive. I'm assuming you referencing theData Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows
