  1. Tried updating to 24.0.1 using docker exec -it nextcloud updater.phar in a terminal. All seemed to run ok and then I get the following error about an unhandled exception when the occ upgrade is executed Update of code successful. Should the "occ upgrade" command be executed? [Y/n] Nextcloud or one of the apps require upgrade - only a limited number of commands are available You may use your browser or the occ upgrade command to do the upgrade Setting log level to debug Repair step: Repair MySQL collation Repair info: All tables already have the correct collation -> nothing to do Repair step: Repair SQLite autoincrement Repair step: Copy data from accounts table when migrating from ownCloud Repair step: Drop account terms table when migrating from ownCloud Updating database schema Updated database An unhandled exception has been thrown: TypeError: fwrite() expects parameter 1 to be resource, bool given in /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Security/CertificateManager.php:161 Stack trace: #0 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Security/CertificateManager.php(161): fwrite() #1 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Security/CertificateManager.php(247): OC\Security\CertificateManager->createCertificateBundle() #2 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Http/Client/Client.php(127): OC\Security\CertificateManager->getAbsoluteBundlePath() #3 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Http/Client/Client.php(74): OC\Http\Client\Client->getCertBundle() #4 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Http/Client/Client.php(218): OC\Http\Client\Client->buildRequestOptions() #5 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/App/AppStore/Fetcher/Fetcher.php(120): OC\Http\Client\Client->get() #6 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/App/AppStore/Fetcher/AppFetcher.php(87): OC\App\AppStore\Fetcher\Fetcher->fetch() #7 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/App/AppStore/Fetcher/Fetcher.php(192): OC\App\AppStore\Fetcher\AppFetcher->fetch() #8 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/App/AppStore/Fetcher/AppFetcher.php(188): OC\App\AppStore\Fetcher\Fetcher->get() #9 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Installer.php(422): OC\App\AppStore\Fetcher\AppFetcher->get() #10 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Updater.php(413): OC\Installer->isUpdateAvailable() #11 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Updater.php(274): OC\Updater->upgradeAppStoreApps() #12 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Updater.php(133): OC\Updater->doUpgrade() #13 /config/www/nextcloud/core/Command/Upgrade.php(235): OC\Updater->upgrade() #14 /config/www/nextcloud/3rdparty/symfony/console/Command/Command.php(255): OC\Core\Command\Upgrade->execute() #15 /config/www/nextcloud/3rdparty/symfony/console/Application.php(1009): Symfony\Component\Console\Command\Command->run() #16 /config/www/nextcloud/3rdparty/symfony/console/Application.php(273): Symfony\Component\Console\Application->doRunCommand() #17 /config/www/nextcloud/3rdparty/symfony/console/Application.php(149): Symfony\Component\Console\Application->doRun() #18 /config/www/nextcloud/lib/private/Console/Application.php(211): Symfony\Component\Console\Application->run() #19 /config/www/nextcloud/console.php(99): OC\Console\Application->run() #20 /config/www/nextcloud/occ(11): require_once('/config/www/nex...') #21 {main} Keep maintenance mode active? EDIT: Tried the OCC Upgrade command and have the same error Also tried sudo -u abc php occ maintenance:repair and running upgrade again but still getting the same error
  2. I was also getting the error Which I thought odd as I've never setup youtube-dll. In the end I renamed youtube-dl.subfolder.conf to youtube-dl.subfolder.conf_BAK, restarted Swag and everything is back up and running normally
  3. Yep, a new terminal window was blank on opening. In the terminal window click on the permissions icon (LH side of the address bar just before the IP address, the padlock and two lines) Then allow 'Extract Canvas Data' (Firefox attempts to stop canvas fingerprint tracking) and all should be good. You can also click on the shield icon and disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for your Unraid server
  4. Upgraded with no trouble at all, some weirdness with terminal windows in Firefox, but that's more likely to be the 8 million privacy extensions I've got running. So, yeah, it's good EDIT: Fixed it. Just needed to grant permission for the terminal window to 'Extract Canvas Data'
  5. Just so MothyTim doesn't feel alone, I'm getting similar issues. If I delete the default file and let nextcloud recreate it, I get a 502 error. If I then restore the original default file it's OK. However, if I then uncomment the "SAMEORIGIN" line I'm back to a 502 error. I'm also getting the docker image filling up when anyone downloads a file
  6. I've not upgraded to rc4 just yet, but I'd like to be the first moan about the icons
  7. On a more serious note, kudos to @bonienl for fixing the RAM reporting on the dashboard
  8. Just rebooting my server to rc3. Just checking this the correct place to bang on about non-functional cosmetic changes now?
  9. What about the icons? ffs, man, this shit really matters!
  10. All hail the new icons! BURN THE HERETICS!
  11. I'm really not arsed what colour the icons are. Thx

  13. Loving the new look but not sure what is going on with the memory section on the dashboard. I have 24 of a possible 32 GiB of RAM installed but memory is reporting as 0 MiB with a usable size of 32.0 GiB and a maximum size of 16.0 ? Also a small issue with OpenVPN that was resolved on the relevant forum
  14. Aha, had the same issue with rc2, changed host to bridge and it's all good. Should have checked here first before flattening and reinstalling several times
  15. effortless upgrade from 6.5.1 Kudos to @bonienl for the container terminal, saves a lot of fannying about with docker exec -it
  16. Yeah, had my port forwarding arse about face. All working now, thank you
  17. Well I've been round the houses with this one and it's doing my head in. DuckDNS is set up and I've verified the IP address is correct, ports are all forwarded correctly on the router but when I try to start letsencrypt I get the following: Failed authorization procedure. mydomain.duckdns.org (http-01): urn:ietf:params:acme:error:unauthorized :: The client lacks sufficient authorization :: Invalid response from http://mydomain.duckdns.org/.well-known/acme-challenge/E3ZN95mMHuiQsHBzilKsymto0f6ybp756Ov40EKvXkY: "<html> I've searched the web for days and I'm getting nowhere Any ideas?
  18. Thanks for updating your guide, but I'm facing an issue with the port numbers. You suggest using port 444 but that is used by Nextcloud. Will any other port number do?
  19. Update: I'm back up and running again. Turns out the Flash had some weird formatting issues that I had to use linux to correct, wipe start again and rebuild. Thanks everyone for all the help. If one thing good has come from it, it's that having got 'under the hood' a I'm enthusiastic to know about and do more with unRAID. I'll be back to ask more dumbarse questions no doubt
  20. Cheers, both.I'll give it a go after a few less beers. I've fixed far too many PCs to death while drunk
  21. Cheers for the reply. I had a feeling I might have to start from scratch with the flash. My concern though is about the integrity of my data. If I rebuild my flash which config files do I restore and at what point?
  22. Still no joy. Boots, I can SSH to it but no more. No GUI, can't connect via HTTP. I'll stick my diagnostics up if any can take a look I'd be grateful . tower-diagnostics-20170303-0823.zip
  23. Except the files in the previous folder of the backup are the same. All the others seem ok thought, just the content of the previous folder
