    Hello i am having a problem using filebot i load a folder with a show and i try to rename it and i click on match i select thetvdb and then a box pops up asking to clarify the show i am looking for (Image 1.png) and then a second box pops up (image 2.png) but it is blank and i can not close the box the only way to get rid of it is to go in unraid docker and restart the container. is there a way to fix this?

    I am running Unraid 6.6.6 and other than the issue with the latest dev build of plex i have had no problems i am on plex Version 1.14.1.5488

    Hello i upgraded to Version 1.15.1.710 and now when i play a video it stops saying that the server can not direct play or transcode play the file. i have tried it on 20 different videos and it happens every time. the length of time that it will play before it cuts out is not consistent. how can i down grade to the prev version? unraid version 6.6.6

    thank you for your quick reply. using the filezilla docker where would i find this setting?

    I too am having this same problem is there a fix or should i downgrade back to 6.5.3?

    yes i do have that many seeding so i will look in to r torrent. i have only 1 cache drive. do you know if rtorrentvpn supports PIA natively?

    i have an issue when i log in to the web gui for the server i get a blank list and an error msg saying that the connection was lost to the server. i have 653+ seeds. in order to get it back i have to login to the unraid server and restart the delugeVPN server. and it does not last long before i get the msg again. what can i do to help track down the problem?

    no it is not a plex issue that is an issue with the os

    wow i figured it out but i was wondering why no one replied with at least some suggestions? did i not give enough info or forgot to add something just want to make sure i dont do it again if i need help in the future. if there is anyone else that might have this problem it came from a USB 3.0 issue. the scandisk is a USB 3.0 flash drive but for what ever reason it did not like it. as soon as i moved it to a 2.0 USB port it had no more problems.

    i am getting ERROR, bad or missing key file URL when i try to put in the reg key. i had put it in and it recognized the key then i installed the comunity apps plugin and then it went to unregistered and when i tried to put the key in again i am getting the error (ERROR, bad or missing key file URL) tower-diagnostics-20170517-1337.zip

    Please take a look at the build that i am thinking of. it is a bit out of my price range i would prefer not to spend more than $3,500.00 i plan to grown the storage amount as time goes and i am planing to run Plex Media Server in a docker. but the transcoding will never be over 3 at the same time.
