  2. Hi there, I am running UnRAID 6.6.3, and I am trying to create a new VM, with VNC for display... however once started when I select the VNC Remote, it opens a new page, but after some seconds the VNC client say Failed to Connect to server Any ideas?
  3. Can I download the latest release... burn it to USB and replace the config folder with my one? is this going to work?
  4. I messed up the kernel modules so basically /lib/modules is fcuked also bzImage So now when unRaid boots it’s looking for something thats not there
  5. Hi people i did something extremely stupid and as a result broke my unraid installation! Is there any way I can force upgrade/rewrite of all the base files excluding the configurations from console? Or can I make a backup of the configuration somehow and rewrite the usb? thanks in advance
  6. Hi, If its any help to anyone, I just run the script on my 6.6.0-rc4, and it magically works after I moved the bzimage where it belongs. My machine is Microserver Gen8 if it matters to anyone File attached enjoy bzimage
  7. As far as I understand it only patch one parameter in intel-iommu.c in the kernel drivers! So I don't think it will impact other systems, but I am not an expert there is a detailed bash script how the whole process is done now in the post of the original poster

Hi, there is a brilliant post by a post by another community member about RMRR Error Patching in HP hardware, I was wondering is it possible to be integrated into the UnRAID kernel, so we don't have to do that everytime when there is a new release! the post in question with the solution to this stupid problem is found here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/72681-unraid-hp-proliant-edition-rmrr-error-patching/ Thanks in advance

  10. Hi there, I want to install pfSense VM and passthrough 4 port Intel Nic, I have followed the video from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58tNUx7A3lM however, once I go to the VM template, it doesn't give me the option to tick the cards. Any ideas? Machine is HP Microserver Gen8

  14. Hi there, New to unRAID... i have read all over the web about this issue but havent managed to rectify and fix it...
