Great news, entering something slightly wrong is so easy, even when I check stuff over first.

It looks like you put the incorrect ip in the nextcloud setup page on the video. Yours is reading 172.17.0.1 and should be 172.17.0.9:port number. If not, the credentials are incorrect either in nextcloud page or the MariaDB you setup. I just set mine up last weekend and had similar issues (Caused by myself) and ended up deleting the DB and user and starting over.

There is stuff on the cache drive, do i need to back that up first/run mover or is it just a copy of files on my array?

I just checked and I am on BTRFS, should i format that drive.

How do I check if it is using the cache or just the array?

I have also just noticed that i had quite a few redundant files in the incomplete folder so i started to delete all and when it starts, the speed drops to 0.00 and then after some time it speeds up and does the same over and over till complete. BTW, deleting was done via a Windows mapped drive.

If you mean in SAB, i have one folder with subs Media/Downloads/SABNZBD complete incomplete SAB extracts from incomplete to complete.

As per the title, my server grinds to a halt while files are being moved or unpacked. Examples of my problem: When Sab has downloaded something of a reasonable size (over few gb's) all other Dockers on the server just become unresponsive until the file has finished extracting and moving. The same happenes when just moving/copying large files around I had a problem at the time of building this server (A long time ago) with a faulty power supply so I put an old 650w supply in from an old Windows server. Do you think this could be my problem and if so, what is my best way to find out before buying another supply?
