Solutions

  1. clowncracker's post in avahi_key_new() failed & avahi_normalize_name() failed getting spammed in logs was marked as the answer   
    For anyone who stumbles upon this, this was a Windows issue, it has nothing to do with a device being named incorrectly. This is what I had to do to in Windows to fix the issue:

    Windows Update
    → Advanced options
    → Delivery Optimization
    → Allow downloads from other PCs = Off
  2. clowncracker's post in Tried to move data to new cache pool, but mover won't move data was marked as the answer   
    The issue was the mover tuning plugin, I uninstalled it and restarted my server and it looks like things are going now.

    That ended up being the issue, parity check and mover were running at the same time.

    The issue ended up being the motherboard.
