New downloaded movies not showing in Plex
@Mark Holwill Do you have all your movies under /mnt/user/MOVIES because if not plex wont see them. With all your screenshots it's not abundantly clear what exact shares and paths you are using. I can only suggest that you double check that ALL your content falls under a single path otherwise you need to add more paths to plex. Also keep in mine capitalization matters as linux is case-sensitive. /mnt/user/MOVIES and /mnt/user/movies are NOT the same in linux. Physically go to the unraid shares tab, click on the little blue Box/Arrow next to MOVIES and see if you can see all your files under that share. if not, plex wont either.

Issue with mover and cache disk filling up
In addition to not having a "minimum free space" configured you also have the mover tuning plugin which depending on which version you have could be broken and/or you did not disable the dry-run setting which comes enabled by default. My suggestion is to remove this plugin altogether. 10 is 10 bytes, if you want 10GB you need to type in 10 GB

Plugin versions showing as "not available". Unraid Version 7.2.3
This is quite common, usually a DNS thing or a github thing. Wouldn't worry too much about it. Check to see if you can ping www.github.com from unraid terminal window. Probably just need to re-check for updates in a little while.

New downloaded movies not showing in Plex
Click on the plex icon on the unraid dashboard, click on EDIT and then click edit on the Movie path post a screenshot of that because I suspect something For some reason your MOVIE share has a MOVIE folder in it and I think this might be an error on your end. (yours) Also, I haven't looked into this in a while but, plex doesn't really support categorizing your movies so you either need to create separate plex libraries for your categorizations or forgoe the categorizaions and put all your files in the "movies" folder without sub-folders. Plex is VERY strict how you can store your media: https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-movie-media-files/

Black screen after USB boot - MSI X870E Carbon + Ryzen 9950X + RTX 4070 Ti Super**
Apparently MSI does not offer a fastboot setting anymore for AMD systems per MSI: https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/pro-b650m-b-motherboard-no-fast-boot-option-in-bios.396082/#post-2252516 But yes we tried. His motherboard does in fact not have a fastboot option: https://discord.com/channels/216281096667529216/780505064816246834/1458863546464075941

Black screen after USB boot - MSI X870E Carbon + Ryzen 9950X + RTX 4070 Ti Super**
@JorgeB I take full responsibility for this. I told him to try a different bootloader due to him being able to successfully boot both windows and a linux liveISO such as ubuntu. This got me thinking, after trying a whole bunch of BIOS settings, that his system did not like GRUB or whatever bootloader comes prepackaged with unraid. I instructed him to try using Limine as the bootloader and made him fully aware that this is unsupported and to revert back upon any further issues. It was the only way I could get his system to boot beyond the bootlodaer which would not even load the unraid boot menu prior. (I personally have switched bootloaders on my own system for testing purposes)

Upgrade Lime Tech unRaid Pro license - v.6.5.3 - to new Unraid?
Yes you can upgrade your software, your current license allows lifetime updates. Yes there is a cost -> https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/troubleshooting/licensing-faq/#license-management The unraid license cannot be resold, the hardware depends on what your local marketplace will tolerate. Not sure why you would bother spending money to upgrade your legacy license if you're just moving to fewer disks... typically you'd only upgrade your license if you need to add more disks than your current license allows. Your "Pro" license is already unlimited disks.

GPU issues
Are you booting into GUI mode? If so it's the internal webgui that if you connected a display to the GPU you would see the unraid webgui interface. Xorg is the display server

After update to 7.3 unraid starts to corrupt my single pool drive
Edit2: getting ahead of myself. There seems to be hardware issues related to the sata controller and or disk sde how are these connected to the system and/or are you using power splitters?

Unraid won't allow me to access GUI unless connected to a monitor - Unleashed Version 7.2.0
Just an FYI in the future, memtest should be ran for an extended period of time to really root out memory issues. Most often is suggested to run at least 24hours.

New Unraid Minisforum Server MS-01 optimal disk/array setup?
You will need to assign your SSDs into an unraid POOL... Not the Array as you currently have it. This is not advised (should only be used for HDDs): Below this, there is a "Create Pool" button when the array is stopped/offline. In order to fix your mistake, you will need to go to the TOOLS menu and select "New Config" and do not preserve any slots. This will let unraid forget the drive assignments so you can move it to a pool without unraid throwing a fit.

Server visibility on network after home move
Remove the static IP, reboot the NAS and let DHCP assign an IP, then set a new static IP or DHCP static assignment (preferably outside of DHCPs IP range)

Why not give every docker its own IP with a custom br0 network setting?
I only meant running ON unraid.
-
Why not give every docker its own IP with a custom br0 network setting?
I was just thinking about how unraid uses port 53 as part of the VM Manager/QEMU process which means that if you wanted to run something like pihole on port 53 on unraid you'd have to likely put pihole on br0 to be able to accept dns on that port.
-
Why not give every docker its own IP with a custom br0 network setting?
Yes by "bad practice" I meant strongly discouraged. It's known to be problematic for users and that whole macvlan issue that came about just left a bad impression. Port conflicts are easy enough to avoid either by changing ports or using docker network create <network_name> and assigning containers that need to share a connetion to the custom docker network if you need to re-use multiples of the same container (like a db container) It's rare that you cant avoid a port collision this way. In fact the only port you're going to have trouble with is port 53.

Intel Arc support
Im suggesting removing the custom kernel and just using the kernel unraid currently is shipping. It has A-Series ARC GPU support baked in. Ive been using an A310 since unraid 7.0 on stock unraid kernel
-
Intel Arc support
Unraid currently supports intel ARC "A-Series" GPUs as they were added to the 6.12 linux kernel. There is no risk for you to just update to whatever unraid version you want at this point. Unraid 7.3 is going to support the 6.18 LTS kernel and a public beta for 7.3 is within a few weeks-ish. They tried to release it this month but they missed the mark. So we will probably get 7.3 beta within January sometime. With 7.3 Intel ARC "B-Series" GPUs will be supported.

You can, but the consensus within the community is that it's bad practice.

pihole docker on separate vlan - can't access pihole gui

Immich access problem
I just want to note there are TWO “webUI” fields in OPs template. The first one being the “WebUI Link” you get when you click on the container from the unraid dashboard. The 2nd webgui field is supposed to be the port only and you’ve added in an IP+port. The 2nd field should just be 8080

How to keep Windows Explorer from spinning up the disks in my Array?

Also, I would suggest posting your FULL diagnostics not just the syslog.

So Arc b580 won't hardware transcode in plex?
Check to see what GPU drivers are loaded when you remove the plugin, if it falls back to Xe or i915. That would confirm my theory. This would require a reboot. Im not doubting you that it causes it to work but knowing why would be nice.
