Can not access server on network. Never had problems with any other Release. I hooked monitor up to server. It is booting but shows only local loop back with ifconfig no other interfaces. tied to set eth0 and get device not found, I am not sure how to get back to a networkable state from here. Thanks Ed

This needs to stop. I fully support Tom and his efforts. If you don't, find something else to use and stop wasting everyones tiime.

Out standing Josh. Thanks for the quick response. If I install a applican/program on the cache drive, do I have to place a '.' in frot of each file folder to prevent the mover from moving it? Again thanks. Ed

I removed a 1tb drive (unused) from the array. Reinstalled as a cache. All went well (info from here helped a lot). I am not sure I understand its use. I set one of the array's SMB shares to use the cache drive to test. The SMB share is software. I then copied a file into the SMB share (software) I noted the file was in the SMB share, and the cache drive had a dir created with the same file in it. both the file in the share in the array and the file in the cache had the same file size. I then forced the mover to run and the dir and file was removed from the cache drive. I assume this is correct operation? Would someone please advise. Thanks Ed

No I did not clear the cache.. Will put it back to IE9 and clear. THanks Ed

All the menu items were lined up on the left side. I had to put IE9 inot IE8 compatibilty mode. All looks right now. Thanks Ed

This may have been addressed - Just installed Simple Features first time on beta 12. The display is not correct in IE 9. Looks fine in FireFox. Thanks Ed
