  1. Works for my Nvidia only build. Shows all information. Well done.
  2. Can we be provided an option to specify where we can get the nvidia drivers? For example Nvidia has beta drivers listed here: http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/11.0.1/local_installers/cuda_11.0.1_450.36.06_linux.run an option in the docker to custom field our own download link?
  3. No idea. Newer builds use newer Samba 4.12 also.
  4. Id wait for next 6.9 beta or RC release and re-test. Newer builds are on at least kernel 5.6
  5. I wonder if we will go straight to 5.7 with next build https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.7-Released
  6. @limetech https://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/files/ixgbe stable/5.7.1/ Intel FINALLY gets around 5.6 support out of kernel.
  7. They are moving very quickly. But the changes could cause file loss if not tested, hence why they aren't rushing out beta's. Imagine people losing data and freaking out about why wasn't this tested more Plus they need to give plugin creators time to support Multi-Language support.
  8. They busyyyyy... Testing the multi-Language and Multi cache pool support. Those are huge changes. Also they have personal lives which could be affected by covid-19. (That's not our business)
  9. It's been resolved. That post you linked is old and outdated. 6.9 has multi-cache pools.
  10. Cards are so old they aren't even listed on nvidia's matrix for anything usable. Why would you waste the power even using them for this?
  11. The new 5.6 kernel nvidia drivers JUST got posted on slackbuilds. So it wasn't even possible before
  12. https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.6-Released
  13. Can you enable IO_uring with the Kernel and Samba 4.12 just released somewhere before 6.9 final? https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Samba-4.12-Released https://kernel-recipes.org/en/2019/talks/faster-io-through-io_uring/ Also 5.6 supports FQ-Pie https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.6-FQ-PIE-Packet-Sched
  14. Ok, Now i got plans today. Amazing!
  15. Has the plan changed to release a 6.9 for us needing a newer kernel than 4.19? Alot of us are still stuck on 6.8 rc7 with kernel 5.3
  16. https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Linux-5.6-Navi-GPU-Reset I think they heard ya.
  17. @limetech Not to be that guy but are we expecting a 6.9 RC soonish? I cannot use 6.8 due to BTRFS issues on 4.19 kernel. I am currently on 6.8RC7 due to kernel 5.3. Thanks again.
  18. @roland https://github.com/netdata/netdata/pull/7846 Appears we can opt-out now.
  19. I image soon. Maybe it will be 5.5 instead?

  21. Awesome! Bring on 6.9 with that new 5.4 kernel
