Looks like next point release for 6.8 will have new threadrippers work properly for those that have em

It's actually slackbuilds that makes the drives for us from nvidia.
Linuxserver rely on them for drivers.
Unraid has added wireguard themselves.
It isn't going away with any release.
It will just get fixes and be better tested by everyone when it's mainlined in the kernel and multiple distro's start offering it.
Unraid's wireguard support can only get better, Linux kernel will have this in either 5.5 or 5.6 at latest.

I assume because 5.4 JUST finalized and intel is huge and probably has to run some sort of verifications?
Gives you something to test out when you start building 5.4 unraid kernels
Slackbuilds is responsible for that..

I assume the person responsible for this is just busy and hasn't had time.
I hope they can update it before 6.8 final is out.
Pshhh.... think longer, I want Linux kernel 5.6 with wireguard support in kernel in the next RC.
RC7 is stable for me.
Enjoy Thanksgiving in the USA and then come back to us and our sesame street problems.

Let's hope slackbuilds offer's this driver before 6.8 goes final.
Fixes memory leak I suffer from and add's new card support.

We will have to see if any of this is backported to 5.4 LTS kernel once it hits 5.5.
Usually the GPU vendors don't do those sorts of things, but not saying Limetech can't for its kernel
Can you please include this before 6.8 goes final @limetech

Probably for the upcoming Threadripper release due in November.
Has anyone wrote a bash script to enable these commands after array has started?
nvidia-smi --persistence-mode=1
fuser -v /dev/nvidia*
It allows the cards to go into p8 when not in use. (Save power mode)
I ain't very good at bash scripts.
I am seeing errors with RC-3 with my RAID 0 cache SSD's
unRAID kernel: BTRFS warning (device nvme0n1p1): csum failed root 5 ino 28831 off 169820160 csum 0xb4a0ce6d expected csum 0x638a7613 mirror 1
it appears this may be from a regression in 5.3.6
kernel 5.3.7 has a ton of BTFRS fixes.
Did not have these issues with RC1
