  1. Glad it's sorta working out! Thanks for the info Zane.
  2. Hey John and Newbie, I've been scouring the net for one of the pro sonnets without much success and came across your discussion. I was wondering if I could ask two questions to get some clarity in these very muddy waters... I'd like to pass 4 independent ports to 4 Win10 VMs - Did you both end up with root hubs working in your VMs? And in the end which card worked for you? Thanks! Armando
  3. I'd suggest you forward that sentiment on to Lime Tech themselves.
  4. I had another complete different issue with GMail: After much checking and double checking my user name and password and some head scratching it turns out Google considers unRAID a "Less Secure APP" and automatically blocks it! (See pic 1.jpg) You can turn off this feature with GMail but there's a hitch: You cannot use GMail with 2 factor security login - OK, reasonable... (See pic 2.jpg & 3.jpg) Google considers both regular GMail and GMail with TLS preset services to be "Less Secure Apps" from my test. Just a heads up everyone. 1
  5. I've been looking into this as well and wondered if anyone had any success with any multi port card so far... Looked at the High Point RocketU 1144C USB 3.0 PCIe as well though from this read it doesn't look like anyone is having any success with it so far... Looks like some success has been had with this card: http://www.sonnettech.com/product/allegroprousb3pcie.html Intel built a 4 VM machine for VR with each machine getting one of the USB 3.0 ports. You can read all about it and watch the video here: https://www.pcworld.com/article/3222652/gaming/how-we-hosted-a-star-trek-vr-party.html They talk about the Allegro card at the 1:15 mark or so. I'm looking to give 4 VMs each a port to run a keyboard, mouse and USB audio to each though I've heard some bad stuff about VMs and USB audio so far... Sigh...
