  1. Thanks, I'll replace the SATA cable and rebuild again. If that doesn't work, I guess I'll get a new PSU.
  2. 3. I'm not sure what is going on here... I migrated to a new server and everything came up with no problem. I did put new data cables on the drives. It was working and then all of a sudden the disk went into an error state. I rebuilt the disk (it took 24 hours) and everything looked good. No problems. About an hour after the rebuild, after trying to write some data to the server, the disk went into error state again! This time I saved the logs (attached). The main problem seems to be this: May 22 19:01:06 Tower kernel: ata2: SATA link down (SStatus 0 SControl 300) ### [PREVIOUS LINE REPEATED 2 TIMES] ### May 22 19:01:17 Tower kernel: ata2.00: disable device May 22 19:01:17 Tower kernel: ata2.00: detaching (SCSI 2:0:0:0) May 22 19:01:17 Tower kernel: sd 2:0:0:0: [sdc] Synchronizing SCSI cache May 22 19:01:17 Tower kernel: sd 2:0:0:0: [sdc] Synchronize Cache(10) failed: Result: hostbyte=0x04 driverbyte=DRIVER_OK May 22 19:01:17 Tower kernel: sd 2:0:0:0: [sdc] Stopping disk May 22 19:01:17 Tower kernel: sd 2:0:0:0: [sdc] Start/Stop Unit failed: Result: hostbyte=0x04 driverbyte=DRIVER_OK May 22 19:01:23 Tower kernel: md: disk1 read error, sector=8590496000 May 22 19:01:23 Tower kernel: md: disk1 write error, sector=8590496000 Does this sound like a data cable? I find it was weird that the entire rebuild worked no problem, but then it fails as soon as data was being written to it. I'm clueless. Any help? tower-diagnostics-20230522-1908.zip
  4. I installed OpenVPN and was able to connect through NordVPN to install the docker apps. Not sure why I had to be connected to a VPN, maybe my ISP/DNS was doing something weird? Thread can be closed.
  5. I have now formatted and reinstalled 6.7.2 on the USB stick. I also formatted the cache drive from xfs-encrypted to btrfs-encryped. Still getting the same error. Also tried setting docker image to disk1 instead of cache. No workey. Anyone have ideas?
  6. I've been stumped for a few days now and can't figure it out. Hope someone can help. A few days ago I noticed I was not able to install any new dockers. It would get to the install page and just sit there. In the logs I would get the same messages: Sep 23 20:13:56 Tower nginx: 2019/09/23 20:13:56 [error] 3481#3481: *1651 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading upstream, client: 10.0.0.11, server: , request: "POST /Apps/AddContainer?xmlTemplate=default:/tmp/community.applications/tempFiles/templates-community-apps/linuxserversRepository/nzbget.xml HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "tower", referrer: "http://tower/Apps/AddContainer?xmlTemplate=default:/tmp/community.applications/tempFiles/templates-community-apps/linuxserversRepository/nzbget.xml" This happened for all different applications. Installing community apps that did not use docker would download just fine. I tried to delete the docker image and that did not work. Also deleted network config and restated. Same thing. Diagnostics posted below. Any ideas? tower-diagnostics-20190924-0510.zip
