I'm not sure what is going on here... I migrated to a new server and everything came up with no problem. I did put new data cables on the drives. It was working and then all of a sudden the disk went into an error state. I rebuilt the disk (it took 24 hours) and everything looked good. No problems.
About an hour after the rebuild, after trying to write some data to the server, the disk went into error state again! This time I saved the logs (attached). The main problem seems to be this:

Thanks, I'll replace the SATA cable and rebuild again. If that doesn't work, I guess I'll get a new PSU.
