torn8o's post in I/o errors and I don't know what disk it is was marked as the answerI ran xfs_repair -v /dev/md10p1
Restarted the array and the disk showed up. I formatted it and added it to the array. Might not have been the best solution. As it is right now I no longer have an i\o error.
