  1. I am still in the process of isolating the correct plugin, but will report back when I am able to do so.
  2. Hello! I've been having issues since updating unRAID to 6.12.6. Here's a chronological rundown of my issues: Update to 6.12.6 The following day, server freezes, webUI unresponsive, shares unavailable, CLI on unRAID machine allows typing user, but hangs and does not prompt for password, pressing ctrl+alt+delete starts shutdown procedure, but server is not able to gracefully power off, not force shutdown Force unclean shutdown via power down After another freeze, I searched the forums and changed my docker network type to ipvlan (from macvlan) After another freeze, I tried safe mode Safe mode seems to prevent the freezing! I enabled syslog, with the plan to capture any issues I leave the sever running for several days, until it crashes and will not boot again Unfortunately the boot flashdrive was only 2GB and syslog filled the excess space, crashing unRAID This seems to have toasted the thumbdrive, as I am only able to recover some of the config before the drive starts showing garbled files and then ceases to be readable oof I buy a new thumbdrive, transfer my license, and rebuild the config using semi-recent backups of the the config (if you see strange things in config, this may be why) Server is recovered, and I update all plugins, but it still freezes if I do not run in safe mode I carefully allow it to freeze one time with syslog running by turning off safemode (see attached diagnostics, see syslog previous) I am currently running in safemode I'd be grateful if someone could look at my diagnostic package and help me understand what the issue might be. (Possibly a bad plugin? Or one that doesn't play nice with v6.12.6?) And feel free to let me know if I am doing something in a foolish way- that's entirely possible. tower-diagnostics-20240113-2113.zip
  3. I have a ticket open on their github here. I'm going to run the logging and submit it when I can.
  4. If I install this, is it pulling the latest version from the github? I'm having issues getting the IRC connection to work: "Unable to connect to IRC server." But I don't want to open a github issue if I'm not using the current version. Can't find anywhere in the app or log that shows what version it's using either.
  5. Question for you all- I am trying to set up Mylar, a community docker designed to fetch comics. It's designed to tie into various torrent and sabnzbd clients to perform downloads. I am trying to set it up with this rtorrent container, but have not been able to figure out the required configuration. I have confirmed that both rpc and httpprpc are enabled in the rtorrent webUI, but don't see any settings there to configure them. I've tried a variety of combinations of settings in the Mylar settings (see image) with no success. Using RPC2 on the webui port I get 401 Unauthorized, even with credential filled in. Using httprpc I get 404 Not Found regardless of how I form the request. Can anyone provide guidance on how to configure either rtorrent or Mylar to make this work?
  6. Apologies! I thought I had manually tried that previously, and hadn't realized the listing in unRAID was still incorrect. I can reach the webUI now. Thank you for your patience. Edit: Got this all set up and had a single issue- Remote sessions would disconnect after about a minute. To resolve this I followed the advice given here.
  7. Appreciate it! Configuration: Name: MeshcCentral Repository: uldiseihenbergs/meshcentral WebUI: http://[IP]:[PORT:466]/ Network Type: Bridge Console shell command: Shell Privileged: Off Port: Container 80, Host 82, TCP Port (UI): Container 8443, Host 455, TCP Port (Agents): Container 443, Host 466, TCP Path (Data): Container /home/node/meshcentral/meshcentral-data, Host /mnt/user/appdata/meshcentral/data/, Read/Write Path (Files): Container /home/node/meshcentral/meshcentral-files, Host /mnt/user/appdata/meshcentral/files/, Read/Write Path (Web): Container /home/node/meshcentral/meshcentral-web, /mnt/user/appdata/meshcentral/web/, Read/Write Path (Backup): Container /home/node/meshcentral/meshcentral-backup, /mnt/user/appdata/meshcentral/backup/, Read/Write If the log you refer to is the one linked to in the unRAID UI, then this is the contents: (If there's another within the docker, let me know where it exists and I will fetch it!) I have removed the container/image and deleted it's folder in appdata and recreated it (with the above settings) and the result was the same.
  8. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to work. I've rebuilt the container with the configuration above and still can't access the webUI. If you have any further troubleshooting steps, let me know. Regardless, thanks for the help so far!
  9. Ah! I see. I naively copied what was visible in your first screenshot. Thank you for the correction. I've corrected the paths to match, and updated the container. I still can't access the webUI, but can modify the config file directly. My config file currently contains the default information- I anticipated configuring it from the WebUI. Should I be configuring it via the config file instead? Thanks for your help!
  10. I get ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE at IP:466. Should the meshcentral config file be in one of the configured appdata folder? The four folders I configured are all empty.
  11. I've configured it according the the screenshot above, but can't access the webUI, is that expected behavior? Logs for the container look good (see below), but I get connection refused when I try to hit IP:455. There isn't anything in the folders I configured, but perhaps that's because I haven't been able to set anything up yet? Thanks for your work on this! Installing [email protected]... 12. I second that request (for restore functionality). No hurry, but that would be a valuable addition.
  13. Ah! Ok. Thank you, that makes sense. I will give that a shot. Edit: Setting up a user allowed the added channels to persist. Thank you!
  14. @CHBMB "Specifies default network information that will be used as placeholder values in the Connect window." If I have read this correctly, it would allow one server to be set as the autofill, but if I frequent 2-3 servers, I'd still have to manually type all the connection information for the second and third server each time I opened the webpage. Is that the best I can do?
  15. Thanks for the reply @CHBMB. Looking through the config file I see options to configure users, and an option to set the default content for the network configuration wizard, but not a way to set up a list of servers to connect to when the client is accessed. Is there another portion of the documentation that addresses this, or did I miss a section in the config file?
  16. I know that this is not supposed to act as a bouncer, but is there a way to save server configurations between sessions? Each time I connect to the web interface I have to re-add any servers I want to use. The client I am trying to move away from (Hexchat) preserves server configurations between uses. Do I have something configured incorrectly?
  17. Generating the key on another machine worked. My conf file is stock aside from the addition of the <IfModule mod_sftp.c></> section you describe in the post I quoted above (and alternate port numbers). I hope that is helpful! (If you have a moment to provide guidance on converting the keys for use with FileZilla, I'd appreciate that as well. That's my next step.)
  18. Good afternoon Slrg, I am trying to get sftp up and running on my unRAID box. I have followed the above steps, but still get the following when I attempt to start ProFTPd: /usr/local/SlrG-Common/usr/local/sbin/proftpd -c /etc/proftpd.conf 2019-02-18 22:43:37,864 Example-Server proftpd[26662]: mod_ctrls/0.9.5: error: unable to bind to local socket: Address already in use 2019-02-18 22:43:37,866 Example-Server proftpd[26662]: warning: config file '/etc/proftpd.conf' is world-writable Wrong passphrase for this key. When creating the key I was careful to enter anything when prompted by ssh-keygen (I hit enter without typing anything). Can you provide some guidance? (I am using unRAID 6.6.6- the plugin works fine when not configured for sftp.)
  19. Ok! Question for you. I spun up the database, made monicahq database, and spun up the docker. When I launch the web interface I get the following error: Whoops! Something went wrong. The stream or file "/var/www/monica/storage/logs/laravel-2018-11-08.log" could not be opened: failed to open stream: Permission denied Back to homepage My docker config looks like this: And the Access Mode for the container path remap is "Read/Write". (I tried RW/Slave as well.) (I figured manually creating the folder might be skewing the permissions, so I tried letting the unRAID docker setup create the directory, then placing the env file in, but that didn't change anything.) Any guidance?
  20. @tjb_altf4 Thank you for your help! I will try to get this set up soon, and report back if I have any questions.
  21. Oh! Nice work! I'd love to hear about how you configured your mariahdb.
  22. Thanks for the response. The portion I am struggling with is how to implement the .env file portion of the quickstart guide: Quickstart Download a copy of MonicaHQ's example configuration file: $ curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/monicahq/monica/master/.env.example > .env Edit it: Set APP_KEY to a random 32-character string. For example, if you have the pwgen utility installed, you could copy and paste the output of pwgen -s 32 1. Edit the MAIL_* settings to point to your own mailserver. Set DB_* settings to point to your database configuration. If you don't want to set a db prefix, be careful to set DB_PREFIX= and not DB_PREFIX='' as docker will not expand this as an empty string. Run this image: $ docker run --env-file .env -p 80:80 monicahq/monicahq I can fetch the file and prepare it, but I'm not sure how to incporate the .env file into the creation of the docker in unRAID. Where would I place the .env file such that the (as yet not created) docker can access it? How do I replicate that final 'docker run' command in my unRAID docker interface?
  23. I recently cam across this Hacker News thread detailing a self-hosted CRM for relationships called Monica. It would allow you to track various details of interpersonal relationships, from birthdays to gifts to debts. I'd like to get it running, but the docker instructions include a lot of details about setting up an .env file. I am not well versed in Docker, but I have managed to get one or two template-less dockers up and running. None had this much extra configuration though. Is this sort of setup feasible in the unRAID docker environment, and if so, how complex is getting that set up?
  24. The default credentials for this docker are as follows: User: admin Pass: rutorrent I have yet to determine how to change those. I recently set this docker up and am having difficulty getting it to accept changes. If I make settings changes in the webgui, the changes seem to stick, but when I restart the docker, no changes are preserved. Can anyone advise?
