Open device manager
You will see your unknown devices.
Right click the unknown device and select "update driver".
Select "Browse my computer for the driver software"
Click browse
Select the CDROM Drive virtio-win-x.x
Then click next. Windows will scan the entire device for the location of the best-suited driver.
It should find a RedHat network adapter driver, follow the prompts and you're in business.
