    I would Love this as well! The option to have multiple (as in more than one) cache pools and select what cache pool is used for a share would be very beneficial!!

    In that case it will work without a problem! the Asus Hyper M2 is a really nice affordable piece of hardware, I did not check if my bios supported PCIe bifurcation so i ended up buying 3 of them. they are not that much more expensive as a card for 1 M2 SSD and they are way nicer! (I had PCIe issues with cheap Chinese PCIe to M2 cards)

    I think my SAS Expander does not play nice with drive detection.... Already send an email with the debug-file

    This used to be the case, some of the new SAS3 Expanders from Broadcom (LSI) support DataBolt bandwidth optimizer technology enabling full bandwith even when 6Gbit SATA drives are used.

    192GB DDR4 REG ECC way overkill but an leftover from when I was still running ESX with separate VM's for everything with nearly everything running in Docker 64GB would be more than enough
