  1. 3 days ago, my plex server stopped working and my bootable flash drive was completely empty. I was told to create a new bootable flash drive and copy over my reg key to its config folder. After figuring out which of my drives was my parity drive, I created a new config and selected my parity drive and my data drives. After parity check finished, I was told all 54 TB's of my were erased. So, I started to move a few files back onto the new array and then I get this fatal error. Someone help, olease
  2. This usually means your flash drive is corrupted or has dropped offline. The rest of the Unraid GUI will also be affected. Post a new thread in the Unraid forums if this error continues
  3. So, you are saying, that my unraid server was hacked, and that my entire drives are cleaned of all data, and unraid didnt have anything in place to prevent my drives from being cleaned. Is unraid that vulnerable to outside hackers. I mean, it takes me almost 24 hours to just do a parity check, and it takes me almost as long to replace a failed drive. So, they were able to scrub my drives instantly. I guess what Im asking, is it worth trying to rebuild everything in unraid, if I could be targeted again. I might as well lust turn my unraid server into a windows computer
  4. How do i check my drives to see what data is left on them, since none of my previous shares are available to me.
  5. i had my server in the dmz in order to for me to port forward plex, because my isp has a firewall through their modem, that causes a double Nat
  6. Not sure what happened, but came home this morning and the parity check was done, and came back Last check completed on Sun 21 Mar 2021 08:04:46 PM PDT (yesterday) Finding 0 errors Duration: 21 hours, 57 minutes, 29 seconds. Average speed: 126.5 MB/sec Parity disk(s) content will be overwritten Now all my disks are showing empty. Don't tell me 54 TB worth of data is gone
  7. OK, going to take awhile, I do appreciate your help tonigh
  8. Getting ready to restart my array, is this OK Parity disk(s) content will be overwritten
  9. Cant remember how to assign my ssd card as a cache, any help?
  10. OK, I'll give this a shot, thanks for your help
  11. Do I preserve current assisgnments bwfore assigning my parity drive? When do I set disk (serial 2YJAMEPD as my parity drive?
