[Support] Josh5 - Unmanic - Library Optimiser
What does the following error mean and how can I correct it: No FFMPEG command log recorded for this task. I've currently attempted to transcode 1173 files. Of that, 957 completed without issue. But 216 of them failed with that message. And when they do fail, it fails almost immediately, as soon as a worker starts to scan/transcode that file. What causes this? I see others saying they've having the issue, but doesn't seem that anyone has any answers. Hoping now that a couple of weeks has went by, maybe we now know?

[Support] Josh5 - Unmanic - Library Optimiser
Hey, so i just discovered this docker and I had a few questions about it. It has a feature that I really like (being able to scan my library and identify which files are in 264 and automatically queue them for transcode to 265). But I'm curious as to how well it does of the transcode job. Right now, I'm using handbrake. I'm in the process of converting a lot of my 4k movies into x265, but I have things such as my RF set to specific settings depending if I'm doing 4k movies or tv shows, etc. I see the ability to set it (Unmanic) to use x265 for transcoding and keep my items mp4, but how well does it do in terms of quality, bitrate, variable framerate, etc? Is it a really good alternative, compared to just manually checking every media file I have, and adding it to my handbrake queue? (Keep in mind, I have about 25,000 pieces of media between my movies and tv shows). Also, when it scans my tv shows, once it identifies a file that needs to be queued for transcode, once the file is transcoded, does it delete the old file and replace it with the new freshly transcoded file? Lastly, I know I can simply add as many /library/***whateverfolder*** and it'll scan all subfolders. But if my plex is set up with the following structure /media/(tv shows, movies, 4k movies, 4k tv shows), couldn't I just set my library path to /media and it would automatically scan all subfolders or do I actually need to create a library path for every subfolder?

[Support] Linuxserver.io - Unifi-Controller
So, I'm new to this docker. I've been using the controller through a Windows 10 VM... but I love the idea of having it as a docker instead. As someone else suggested, the only way I could get the controller to adopt my AP's (they were in the adopting/disconnecting loop) was to switch it from bridge to host... which then adopted them immediately, then put it back in bridge mode (the docker that is). What's the biggest differences between bridge and host? What harm would it cause if I left it in host mode? Also, and perhaps it has nothing to do with the docker, but figured I'd ask anyways. I'm having issues with just this docker's web gui being accessible when using a subdomain with port forwarding on my router. If I type in my static ip:randomport (I've assigned this port on my router to forward to the unraid server's ip:unifi web gui port... it loads the web gui no issue, but when I set up a sub domain on godaddy (with https) to forward to my static ip:randomport... it says it can not connect. What would cause it to be accessible when typing in my static IP, but when I use a sub domain to forward to it, it's no longer accessible? I have a lot of subdomains being forwarded to different dockers on my unraid server, and they have no issue. I only have an issue when I try to access unifi via my sub domain forwarding.

[Support] Linuxserver.io - Radarr
I'm way late on my reply, but I finally have time to start working on this again. Anyways, I what you said and got this: ls -al /mnt/user/MediaPlex total 24 drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 28 May 21 2018 ./ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 72 Feb 19 11:29 ../ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 92 Sep 14 01:23 4K\ TV\ Shows/ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 4096 Jan 26 18:02 4k\ Movies/ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 255 Aug 6 2018 Anime/ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 4096 Feb 11 11:24 Anime\ Movies/ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 258 Feb 17 16:02 Kids\ Movies/ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 80 Feb 19 09:06 Movies/ drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 28 Jan 6 20:23 TV\ Shows/ The save path for /media is /mnt/user/MediaPlex/Movies

[Support] Linuxserver.io - Radarr
Hi all, I'm having an issue with my Movies folder from within Radarr. So /media is mapped as /mnt/user/MediaPlex/Movies/ For obvious reasons, MediaPlex is my share folder that Plex uses and within that share is a folder called Movies (I also have my TV Shows folder within MediaPlex share also). Within sonarr I have the exact same map except instead of Movies it's TV Shows. Sonarr finds it's folder completely fine and puts shows in their correct subfolders without issue. Radarr on the other hand says that access to the path is denied. It can't find any movies in the Movies folder nor can it import movies. Any ideas?

[Support] Linuxserver.io - Deluge
Is anyone else having an issue where once a torrent finishes downloading, it stays in the downloading state @ 100%? The only way to get it to move to seeding is to force a recheck on the file. Any idea's what could cause it or a solution to fixing it?

[Support] Djoss - FileBot
So I didn't get it on my Fedora set up, but I went a head and just bought it on Windows 10. Works flawless for everything that the docker couldn't.

[Support] Djoss - FileBot
Let me set it up and figure out how to get it on Fedora. I'm very, very new to Linux. Thanks for the replies by the way. I do appreciate your help. Even if we find out it's not filebot it's self... I'm just glad to be figuring out how to troubleshoot it.

Unfortunately, my unraid server is my only linux system. I could install a Fedora 28 VM if that would work.
-
How much RAM do you have installed in your unRAID server?
I have 32GB total. 16GB per CPU. I have 12 empty dimms still in my server. Perhaps once I upgrade from E5-2665's to a couple of 2695v2's or something, I'll fully populate to 128GB for VM purposes. But for right now, 32GB does me plenty for plex, file storage, and other misc jobs.

[Support] Djoss - FileBot
Ah ok, same page now. No. Let's say Saturday Night Live Season 30 doesn't work. If I restart the docker, it will do the exact same thing for Season 30.

No, I mean the files work. i can play them in multiple players. So when it kicks out the error "Failed to read audio language: Failed to open file, I can still open the files. I can do an entire show, and the next show gives me errors. Or I can do Season 1 of said show, but then Season 2 gives me the error and gray box. Sorry for the confusion.

[Support] Djoss - FileBot
So it just did it again with Being Human (US) except I had the log open as I was doing it, and it didn't kick out anything at all... just went grey screen on me as in my picture above.

[Support] Djoss - FileBot
Nevermind, I'm an idiot. There are a ton of these warnings for the most recent show I tried that it didn't work on Failed to read audio language: Failed to open media file: Files definitely work, as I nagivated to them and tested them. They are dual audio files.. all 900 of them and half of them it had no warning, and the other half it kicked out that warning. So idk.

[Support] Djoss - HandBrake
Cool, thank you!

[Support] Djoss - FileBot
It's random. It doesn't do it all the time. Some shows/movies it works, other times it does the above. Stupid question, but where is the container log and how do I go about getting it for you?
-
[Support] Djoss - FileBot
Any idea why it would do this (see attached picture). It happens after I click auto detect. I can move the box around and max/min it, but I can't close it and it just sits at the screen until I restart the whole docker.

When I add files to my watch folder, outside of just checking the completed folder and see when they are removed from the watch folder, is there a way to use the WebUI to see the current status of the current file it's working on? I know it's working as my I see my CPU usage go up, and I can see it working on stuff in the completed folder. I'd just like to be able to see more like % done and what not. How do I view current activity when it's working on files from the watch folder? Thanks!

[DEPRECATED] Linuxserver.io - Rutorrent
It's just continuously "timing out" over and over and over. If I restart my entire unraid server, it'll work no problem until I start a new download. Then it just goes on this "timing out" thing again.

[DEPRECATED] Linuxserver.io - Rutorrent
So, back again with another rutorrent issue. Just started today. Haven't changed a single thing. the program has been working pretty much exactly as intended for the last couple of weeks. As of today, as soon as it starts to download anything, the entire app becomes unreachable. If you hit refresh it just spins and spins until it finally loads the rutorrent webui with this error in the log " Bad response from server: (504 [error, getplugins]) Gateway Time-out". If nothing is downloading though, I have no issues navigating the webui, force checking previous downloads that are currently paused or anything. I haven't changed any settings on anything in my network or on my unraid server so... i don't know. I'm getting plugin errors such as Unpack plugin: rTorrent user can't access 'unrar' program. The only things I use in rutorrent is unpack and auto move. But they've been working no problem for weeks.

[Support] Data-Monkey - netdata
Hey... So I love netdata. But I have a question about one of the stats it gives. As per the picture below you can see that "nice" is eating up a lot of my CPU usage. What is nice?

[DEPRECATED] Linuxserver.io - Rutorrent
Um, one of my 8TB drives is at 90%, the other two combined give me 8TB of free space. One is sitting at 3TB full, the other is at 5TB full.
-
[DEPRECATED] Linuxserver.io - Rutorrent
Then ruTorrent has it's "incoming" folder in the /downloads/ and it's completed folder it's suppose to move things too. The auto move works like 75% of the time now. If i navigate to the share for downloads/incoming I see the files it's downloading. In this case, I even tried completely deleting them and starting fresh on them all. But then all they do is reset do 0% and change their status to "stopped"
-
[DEPRECATED] Linuxserver.io - Rutorrent
They are... as up until day before yesterday it was downloading just fine. In fact, when I got sonarr to download about 10 new episodes of a few shows last night they all downloaded no problem. Grant it, for some reason ruTorrent didn't auto move them to completed like it always does and it didn't auto unpack the files like it always has done, but it did download.
-
[DEPRECATED] Linuxserver.io - Rutorrent
So ruTorrent keeps stopping all of my downloads and "resets" their progress. I have ~8TB of free space left on my unraid server, with about 963GB worth of queued up data to be downloaded in my ruTorrent. I had everything stopped and was downloading one item at a time due to their size and I was wanting to manage as many as possible for organizational purposes while I was awake. So because of this I have several items that are currently" stopped at any where from 0% completed to ~10% completed. Now my torrents don't use my cache drive so it's not running into any storage issues from my cache drive running out of space. Let's say I start up Torrent 1 which is currently at 10% completed. For some reason, once it hits some random point, the torrent switches back to "stopped" and it's progress will say 10%. Even though when it was downloading it hit say 60% before it stopped. If I force recheck the file, it will find 60% completed and start back up from there, but then shortly will stop and reset back to 10%. If I start all the files, at some point, everything will stop at the same time, and reset back to it's original progress completed from when I started them all (so any where from 0% to ~15% depending which file it is). During this time, my download limit changes from unlimited back to it's default 9.7MiB/s. Any ideas?
