Solved the problem 5 minutes after I posted.

I tried fixing my docker containers and accidentally used the new permissions tool there. Sonarr and Radarr are having issues moving files from my downloads folder now and google has not been much help.

1 core on my unraid box has been at 100% for 3 weeks and I have no idea how to shutdown the process using the core. The process is /machine/qemu-1-Ubuntu.libvirt-qemu Any help would be greatly appriciated
