  1. Richie12a's post in Replacement motherboard...same model...Unraid fails to start:( Samba winbindd -D was marked as the answer   
    I found a file in /config called vfio-pci.cfg
    Renaming that to .cfg1 to stop it trying to run seems to have allowed me to boot once more into the GUI
    It looks to be a plugin for pci passthrough...
    Hope this helps someone one day!
