I have the same problem. VM always works perfectly. Wanted to start it today and got this error.
I have a windows 10 VM with a nvidia GPU pass-thru. But i also removed the GPU from the VM so its VNC only still same problem.
I think i have the problem since i updated to the latest unraid 6.12.10 and i also updated the windows 10 VM as i always do.
i also run a win11 VM without pass-thru and also no extra gpu-drivers installed but that one still runs.

i have had this for some versions.
the server it self doesnt seems to become unresponsive. just the webgui. and sometimes the VM disconnects but i can just reconnect it and its all good. so the internet connection on the VM it self doesnt drop.

Sometimes my webgui just stops working after a while 5-10 minutes or so it works again. Often when i have a VM open that one also gets disconnected.
When i cant access the webgui all dockers still seems to work fine. and the VM's also.
I cant lay my fingers on it why it does it randomly.

I was using Banktrans application Which works ok but its computer bound etc. So was looking for a solution on docker. So i found firefly III it looks great so i am trying the importer but have a few problems with it.
I have exported data from my banktrans to CSV and im trying to import but it says all done but nothing is showing up in Firefly III.
I also tried GoCardless which works but only seems to get back to 15 oct of last year everything past that i cant seems to import.
Also tried a bank export but same as the CSV i tried from my banktrans.

Im using firefox. So i clicked on the Schield and it was blocking 2 things so i disabled that projection for my unraid IP. POEF it works for both windows 10 and my windows 11.
So the VM it self wasnt the problem it was Firefox that was blocking some VNC things.

been running swag for a very long time now but this is the first time my swag container does not want to update.
It says there is a update but when i click apply it seems like it updates and all is fine and after that it still says there is a update.
the Container does work and no other problems. Wondering if more people have the same problem? I have the same with the vaultwarden docker ( which is behind Swag)

i did restart my router and it started working again. for all containers

Server readyWhen i check my Swag log i see this
But when i check the files in that directory. the Dates are different. For like the nginx.conf ( and the nginx.conf.sample) the date on the server is 2023-05-19 as i just updated the container but in the log it keeps saying i should check the file.
Is this a static thing of does it actually check it ?
Edit:
Ah i see it takes the that date from inside the file. so going to check the differences now.

I have a mainboard with 2 onboard x550.
i replaced my gigabit switch for a 2.5 gbe switch.
The X550 should also support 2.5 gbe but i still see 1 gbe in unraid as network connection.
So i need to change some settings to enable/change it?

Would be great to backup the VMs without the need to turn them off. So that would be VM snapshots?

i fixed it by attacking a usb3.0 cable on the mainboard and bind that group to the VM. SO it all works now when i switch from VM without reattaching manually the kb/mouse to the VM.

Im trying to connect to a Windows 10 VM via a KVM HDMI switch.
the GPU part is working. atleast when i start the VM. The screen goes black after a while and i cant see it anymore on the monitor. When i RDP into it it works.
But when i try to pass through my keyboard and mouse which are connection to the above linked HDMI switch it does not work.
My main computer is also connected to it and that works.
In unraid i dont see a change either when i connect the USB to the unraid server. i dont see added entries or entries removed when i disconnect it again.
I also added an extra USB card with 2 usb 3.1 on it. Unraid also does not see that one. Its possible this card is not working or drivers missing? i took the card from a other system but never actually used it so im not sure if the card was working before.
EDIT:
i removed the USB card and added an USB adapter that i can plugin into the mainboard. At first i was thinking it does not work but then i switched to that feed and it got powered.
So i added the 2 things in my Windows VM settings. And it works.
BUT. when i switch to a other computer and than back its broken again i have to manual attach the KB and mouse again then it works.
So i guess i need to isolate that adapter in unraid and pass the whole adapter to the VM ?

i edited the docker and enabled Privileged. and when it rebuild and started it works again.

Good ZFS support on unraid would be great.
But i think if you want to switch you need a to start over? you cant just convert excisting hdds to zfs with data intact?

You should only get an unclean shutdown if one of the shutdown timeouts trigger. I would suggest you try hitting the button to Stop the array and time how long it takes. You need to make sure the Disk Settings -> shutdown timeout setting is longer than that.
i did increase the timing somewhat but that is a good idea to time that.
Will do that once the check is done in a day or 2 or so

that would be nice to see. i also saw that video if the gpu is using less kWh if the VM is on then when its off. Would be great if unraid detects the nvidia/Amd gpu to load the driver so it can put it in a lower powerstate. Saves power and maybe some heat also.

i moved to this docker because the linuxserver ones isnt beeing updated anymore.
i disabled the VPN option because i dont need that.
A Big problem that i have with this docker is i get often

When i than press F5 to refresh the page it just keeps loading. I have to restart the Docker but often than also it doesnt get to the gui. it doesnt want to run at all.
So what is different on this client then the old linuxserver rutorrent ?
When i run the old docker of linuxserver.
i start that one i can add 100 torrents and it goes instantly no problems no lag nothing.
for both dockers all ports are open on the router etc.

i just always update via the webgui/ admin and update there. the update restarts the docker it self. but i have to do another manual restart of the docker and than it works again. just in docker update works fine.
But seeing V1 is out

i wonder how long v10 keeps getting updates..
About the currently problem i dont have any of the web functions open outside my network. So that limits it a lot. and for the secure ftp etc its all on IP lock. But still updating it manually.
