Solutions

  1. KoNeko's post in pass through keyboard/mouse via KVM? (Fixed) was marked as the answer   
    i fixed it by attacking a usb3.0 cable on the mainboard and bind that group to the VM. SO it all works now when i switch from VM without reattaching manually the kb/mouse to the VM.
     
    I will look at your plugin but not sure i need it now. Thx anyway for the response and my late reply
