ah ok i can do that too.. i just wish docker updates and installs there be a way like you can do it in windows with download manager to get github files on a poor internet connection as it can resume be nice if unraid had it built in to do the same with it pulls those updates... but ya i can do another one for unraid updates too

i know i have the same issue with downloading unraid updates.. if it fails it doesnt also resume.. you gotta download the whole damn thing again i find that even though it says it downloads 100% so like if its got a 1gb and 800meg file and if it downloads 100% the 800 and it craps out you gotta re download that 800 meg.. its frustrating... cuz you think there be a resume... cuz unraid updates are just as bad... and i know from learning the github has a new thing if you cant download a file within 5 min it resets... so i have for windows a download manager.. that can resume github downloads.. so its able to resume github large files like 1gb.. so when my internet craps out it can resume... works well for that as i was struggling in windows to download from github as files would reset cancel out 5 min from starting only to find github does it on purpose... so download manager solves that... too bad unraid couldnt do that with the docker installs or least the unraid update.. but it is frustrating and all u do is pray internet doesnt crap out with fingers crossed on large files

since my internet is only 3 megabit its very slow and installing dockers or updates and the download failes due to loss of internet causes issues.. it seems there is no resume and be nice so like google chrome is a 1gb file if i managed to download up to 93% and takes over an hour or more to download if it fails.. and i re install the docker after it fails.. it doesnt resume.. it starts back at 0% it be nice if unraid could resume the files where it last left off at 93% not at 0

does this app data not backup the actual appdata folder of say 500gb of files and the System Folder as this only seems to backup the xml docker settings but not the actual app data folder and is there a a backup to backup the System folder for the docker.img and the libvirt.img as i have a corrupted libvirt.img and want to backup the vdisks of the vms as well.. but i noticed the appdata backup doesnt actually backup the docker. img file or the appdata folder

@Veah ok just read his reply.. ya good to know.. learn something new everyday... and since i disabled the jumbo frames everything come back to working properly.. just slowness do to windows lol

oh ok how come it doesnt give any gains really? .. here i figured i was doing something to improve things.. ya i havent been able to fix nothing everything set at 9014 and headaches i been having with unraid... as i read using jumbo frames reduces cpu load etc.. does that not happen now a days? or was that for long ago? as i read articles you want jumbo frames set on for 10gb network.. and works on the BR0 interfaces but all the vlans under BRO. so BRO.10 BR020 BR0.40 all bugger unraid.. its like if you enable jumbo frames unraid fails to load dockers its hosting.. but figured i was doing good enabling it... i guess later ill disable it. if its more headache then improvements

so i have problems with some of my dockers 1 copy of firefox metube imich when i load them they just a black screen or a white screen with the loading icon just spinning... ive tried 3 different browersers still same ive uninstall reinstalled ive forced reinstall ive blown out the docker image and re installed still same result i deleted the 1 folder for firefox and re started it.. still blank screen i have 2 copies of firefox running 1 works one is the blank what is going on?? is there something else i need to delete nothing i do fixes it copying the working firefox docker into the not working right firefox appdata folder and load it up doesnt work.. it still wont load is there some configuring thats changed thats buggering up things? so i can get it to work if i set the network to bridge... but if i do custom and set the ip address or leave the ip address blank then it wont load anymore... and i have it set to iplan not macvlan if i set it to macvlan then i get a server error to load.. whats wri that so if i set to custom BR0 that works.. or ETH0 but if its the vlans BR0.10 BR0.20 BR0.40 it will no longer load do the diagnostics say why not? so i narrowed it down its cuz i enable Jumbo frames and set it to 9014 as thats what my desktop pc can do and i have the switch set to 9014 for jumbo frames and Vlans dont seem to on Jumbo Frames but the main BR0 works on jumbo frames? how do i get the Vlans to work on the jumbo frames? tardis-diagnostics-20251210-1759.zip

for whatever reason i can no longer get a gui page it usually white.. and you can see all the downloads and etc.. but now i get a gray/black screen no options... i uninstalled re installed nothing.. i blew out my docker.img and re installed... and still black screen ive tried different browswers they all black on IE its white the logs are INFO:main:Listening on 0.0.0.0:8081 INFO:ytdl:Initializing DownloadQueue Setting umask to 000 Creating download directory (/downloads), state directory (/downloads/.metube), and temp dir (/downloads) Changing ownership of download and state directories to 99:100 Running MeTube as user 99:100 so not sure what happened? how do i fix ? i even deleted the .metube files under the downloads folder

i having issues with some of my dockers.. they are running .. but they are not accessable they show they running but go to the webguis for each and they just show up black screen.. when i check the logs of all of them they all have this in common app ] [957] Sandbox: CanCreateUserNamespace() clone() failure: EPERM now i googled but that didnt help me.. i did try uninstalling app remove image and re install.. doesnt matter.. tried docker safe perm tool. ive tried force update. i havent done delete the docker image and start over... but what is that error really and can it be fixed without having to delete the image? and my docker image file says Label: none uuid: 4be856d9-500c-483c-b2fd-a1ffd3591004 Total devices 1 FS bytes used 52.46GiB devid 1 size 100.00GiB used 85.91GiB path /dev/loop2so i not sure is the diskspace used 52 gig or 85gig of the docker image.. but is there a anything i can do without having to blow out the image ? and if so i do it as last resort.. but curioust how you get that error and if there is an easy fix.. as many of my containers are working but the ones that arent working all have that cancreateusernamespace error

oh and i had googled it prior to asking here and it the AI google had said it was a 0 disk space or a connect api problem or what not. so its just another reason i forget if i cant fix it. to have 0 errors well i forget after time lol but ill try my best to remember this really isnt a problem.,. ill do my best

@niklas i wouldnt remember if it was more then a month ago i would have forgotten.. since i check the system logs like once a month and i always took as red means its serious problem yellow warning something could be a problem .. but red means a serious major problem is how i always took things.. i still think error logs could be better letting you know better details like this is an error but nothing to worry about lol ill try to remember in a month or 2 lol. so i appolgize if i re ask this error in a couple months ugh lol i always hope when i boot up unraid there is 0 red errors and only like 3 4 warnings.. is my goal and goal to last a couple months between reboots.. then i know its least working smoothly.. well i hope lol

ah ok i figured something was corrupt or so sometimes logs be nice if it say error but not and issue or something as i figure all red errors are a serious problem

ah ok do you know how to setup the reolink.. i found with the shinobi on unraid with the spaceinvader worked well but some things glitching the newest version i had nothing but issues from glitchy video wouldnt record right... was soo frustrating it wouldnt upload or record long enough etc.. and i didnt like zoneminder i couldnt get it to install right.. blueiris worked well but i didnt wanna pay a subscription etc. just for home use i not a business.. so i keep testing each one. ya i not sure how to update you could contact Squid ask him as hes the one you contact when you post a community template.. or ask in the community apps section as i find no one really checks these sub forums.. sometimes i write for help no one replies for a couple months

so i still stuck i followed a video where you add a tag to transmission and when sonarr searchs transmission downloads and then places the download in the tv-sonarr tag in the downloads folder.. there is no status error.. but sonarr isnt renaming the files or placing in the tv show folders.. what am i doing wrong? i tried to ask for help on the sonarr website didnt get much help

ok thanks for noticing.. since the template never had any of those 4 paths and when i filled them in like proky mentioned i just typed them in didnt notice the / missing and took a guess how it set up sounds good now i can test with reolink cameras the webpage loaded up.. i couldnt get to install right on ubuntu.. but least i can test here.. as the reolink cameras didnt seem to work right with shinobi. and when i googled best os for reolink cameras it said visereon but we shall see lol

so if i using it at home i may wanna acces files off the array so i gotta wait a 1 min or 2 for the disks to spin up from standby... and if i go away for 15--20 min not doing anything .. of course spins back down.. and then once again to access unraid shares takes 1 to 2 min before the drives spin up.. and stopping the array would kill all the vms and dockers.. so i trying to make it so the drives will stay spun up during the day and then it can goto sleep after 9pm if no activity at 15 min.. as i set the cron job to run ever 10 min to force the array to be spun up... i tried a spin up from 2011 ya that didnt work that was just 2 lines of code lol

cuz when i use it during the day .. and spun down even with the file cache plugin it still cant go fast to access the array your sitting and waiting so thats why i wanna keep it spun up during the day but after it can spin down

ya thats what i already have but i wanted to keep the drives spun up from 9am to 9pm running the cron and after 9pm then it shut down after 15 min but so far cant find the command line that spins up all the disks or least disk1 then id copy and paste for all the disks lol

just running hdparm it doesnt even have an option to spin up a drive the -y puts the drive in standby mode google ai is nice but sometimes crap lol

and ive tried also the hdparm -y /dev/sdb but it didnt like that command either
