  1. bumping as I edited the listing to include 2 3tb Hitachi 5k3000 drives. I need to send them in on warranty but buyer can have the replacements included
  2. Don't think it comes with license key as I can't find the usb drive and I don't think I can transfer the key to a new thumb drive...can I? Not really wanting to part it out but it depends if there is any action on buying the whole thing or not.
  3. Haven't been really getting much use out of my baby lately so looking at getting rid of it. The wife doesn't like the method I use to fill it up with movies and has been bugging me about it so it's got to go. I followed a couple builds on here to put it together in late 2011. - Norco 4224 - one hot swap bay is broken and would need to be replaced - Nexus PWM Series D12SL-12PWM 120mm - in wall bracket - ARCTIC F8 PRO PWM Case Fan - 4 NORCO C-SFF8087-D SFF-8087 to SFF-8087 Internal Multilane SAS Cable - 2 NORCO C-SFF8087-4S Discrete to SFF-8087 (Reverse breakout) Cable - SUPERMICRO MBD-X9SCM-F-O LGA 1155 - NORCO C-P1T7 4 Pin Molex 1 Male to 7 Female Power Extension Splitter Cable - Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) ECC Unbuffered - Intel Core i3-2100 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 - 3 SATA2 Serial ATA II PCI-Express RAID Controller Card (Silicon Image SIL3132) - not installed - 2 SUPERMICRO AOC-SASLP-MV8 It's run continuously since built in late 2011 with zero problems. Actually running Windows 8 with storage spaces on it now with no issue. (I know, blasphemy) Ran unraid on it prior and after I learned the system a little bit, I didn't have any issues with unraid either. Also, no license key as I can't find the usb drive I used and don't believe I can transfer the key to a new drive. $1050/obo + shipping Edit (3/4): Willing to include 2 3tb Hitachi 5k3000 drives that I need to send in on warranty yet so you'd get basically 2 new drives for 6tb extra storage.
  4. I'm also getting the BLK_NOT_HANDLED errors. Have tried running b10-b12a but these errors persist. My setup: X9SCM-F-O i3-2100 Norco 4224 2 x SASLP-MV8 8gb RAM Corsair TX750 My problem is basically the same as everyone else reporting this error. I have tried preclearing a new 3tb Hitachi 5400 and the BLK error rears it's head within a couple minutes. That drive might be DOA though so maybe not related. I've also tried preclearing a 2tb Hitachi 7200 that I've used in my test runs of Unraid with no problems and with this drive the system will run for a few hours before the BLK errors happen. Obviously this only happens with drives connected to either of the SASLP. I've swapped cards and pci slots but to no prevail. I've also checked all power connections and ran with only power to the drives connected to the SASLP and still have same errors. Attached is my syslog from last night with the errors. syslog.zip
  5. noob at this and have a quick question. I'm preclearing 2x3TB drives and a 500gb cache drive. I used putty to open multiple telnet sessions to do this but in a lapse of judgement shutdown the laptop I telnetted in from. Now i can't see how far along the preclears are as the putty sessions were closed. I'm sure the preclear is still running but I'm wondering if there is any way to check the status either from the server itself or telnet. Or is there a safe amount of time to wait before just assuming the preclears have been done?
