  1. I did not know that. Im still learning networking as well. Hardware is so much easier. HAHA. I will have to do some reading on how to change this. Thanks for the information though!
  2. I had tried that too and it didnt work. But I should have paid attention to the error. It was giving me a network error and not loading. I totally forgot that I have pihole running. It was blacklisting s3amazonaws.com. LOL. All good now. Thank you!
  3. So I am not able to update to anything right now. Its not allowing me to even check for updates. Did I do something wrong?
  4. I will be giving this a try to see how it goes. I went from my SSD to what I think is my ram. LOL. Right now the transcode path is /tmp/. I dont see any ramdisk option under any folder. I did try to play a video through Chrome and I did not see my ram usage go up or down in any way.
  5. Just performed the upgrade remotely. How brave of me. LOL. No issues to report.
  6. Gotcha. It clicked when I was going to show you. Dont know why it didnt before. Ive set up other dockers and wondered why JDownloader was giving me issues. Thank you both for your assistance.
  7. For the share I have it pointed at, here is the command. drwxrwxr-x 1 nobody users 81 Sep 14 10:02 Dump/ OMG!! So I was going to screenshot inside jdownloader, when I noticed there was /output under where Ive been trying to use. LOL. Im still so used to using JDL in windows and new to unRAID. I now tried a youtube vid just real quick and it DLed it where I wanted it to go. Thanks everyone for the help, and sorry for wasting your time.
  8. My newness to unRAID is showing. Im pretty sure my share is not under an owner, but I have attached the settings for the share that I pointed my downloads to. I have attached the settings for the docker mapping. I have it saved to a dump share, which I have also added the share settings to.
  9. So I must be a total noob, or just overlooking something. In the docker settings, I have the output directory set to where I want it to go. For some reason in Jdownloader will not save there. When I try to change the directory in jdownloader, it tells me that it cannot create the folder. Which is odd because I just have it aimed at my download share. Did I mess something up or am I overlooking something? The only time Ive gotten a successful download, downloader was using /config/download path and it was downloading the media into the appdata folder instead of my download folder.
  10. Greetings, Sorry to make this my first post, but I am currently having issues with my server doing a hard reboot while starting the parity check. I did do some research and have done the following: Ran Memcheck - 6 passes all passed. Nothing is dusty (build is less than a month old) Bought a Corsair HX750 to replace the month old EVGA GQ650 to rule out power supply Checked caps on mobo and everything looked ok. A little about this build if that helps Re-purposed Gateway PC. /i5 2300, Ameritrends? mobo, 8 gigs of ram Corsair HX750 PSU Seagate Ironwolf 8TB Parity drive Seagate Ironwolf 8TB data drive, WD Red 4 TB data drive, Seagate 3TB data drive Samsung 850 EVO cache drive Hyper212 EVO CPU cooler I notice the system reboots because for some reason, I cannot set the flash drive as the boot in BIOS. It doesnt even list it when looking to set it. It just gives me the "removable drive" option which is selected. Every time I have to reboot or turn on the machine, I have to F12 and select it from the list. Then UNRAID will start. If I fail to do this and let the computer go, it just says invalid boot drive. The furthest I have gotten during the parity check is about 40 minutes in. I did put Fix Common Problems in troubleshooting mode and have attached the log in the post if it helps. I figure this is a hardware issue, but am at a loss in where else to look. Any assistance would be grateful. Thanks in advance. tower-diagnostics-20180903-1836.zip
